Wish this bank would have worked out. Ronald the bank manager never returns calls. This is not just a one time incident, has happened many times over the last 8 months of banking with them. I really wish this would have worked, but its clear that whoever is running this branch has no urgency at all. The tellers I have delt with were very friendly and good people, but the leadership and support staff has no idea how to handle customers. Whatever happened to a bank being responsive and personal?

i have to admit that i was hesitant to visit this location due to all the negative comments... i'm happy to report that i had a wonderful visit at this location today! Ronald and Anita (and quite frankly the entire banking staff) were extremely helpful with my issue (locked myself out of my account). i promise that this is a legitimate review :-D, as i have no vested interest in Chase or the staff - never met any of them before today! give them a chance to prove the naysayers wrong - thanks SO MUCH Anita and Ronald for such personalized, professional attention :-)

I was sent a check from a insurance company that banks with them. I drove from a hour away. I called in advance to make sure I had the identifications that were needed. Stated how much the check was. Drive for a hour to go in there and when I did at first the Manager RONALD was very nice an pleasant and said he knew I was coming because of the phone call. So he starts to tell me they can't cash it at all. Countined to state that if I was a client of there they could deposit and it be available right away. Also stated he could cash it for the amount for a client again. I said ok well can I just open a account become a client and then cash it (even if it was a few days after) he told me no it doesn't work that way ...then I said ok well if my mom has a account here can I sign it over to her and she cash it??? He said NO I'm not going to do that and I said well why not he then said it don't matter iv decided I am not going to cash that check at all!!! Well I was like y not he said it don't matter iv decided not to even cash that. So he tells me no not make a account and then when I ask something he starts to refuse to even help cash a check that's from there bank. I would never let anyone manage my place of business like that. I want my employees to encourage people to become a client and help them. He really made it a horrible experience. A man in the corner was trying to be way more helpful. He needs a job that suits him and being a manager is not it.

Do not go to this bank - it is the absolute WORST customer experience I have ever had at any bank. Navy Federal Credit Union blows them away. John Perrot has zero management skills and is a single point of failure. Something that should take 1/2 day takes a week because he can't manage his time and has no sense of urgency. The manager is horrific and the standard answer from everyone there is "I am sorry, I can't help you but it will take 2 - 3 days before we get an email back" Ridiculous. You'd think my father's pending death would spark some need to assist me with his account, but instead I just get the run around day after day. Bulldoze the building and put another Chik fil A - the community would be better served. They'll be out of business soon. Terrible

Worst customer experience ever. Made two appointments no one called went into the bank and was told no one could help me had to have an appointment after I had 2 appointments . They told the person I had an appointment with did not work there and I had no appointments. The gentleman called to see why I didn't show up for my appointment. What a joke. I will never do business with a bank that can not find an appointment or does not even have a clue who works in there branch. What's worse 😕 there tellers were so rude. I'm sorry you're not that good

Teller doesn't listen "YUP" at all time and we wasted a lot of our time by going here. They don't know their products and also don't know the process of opening the business account; made a mistake on the application on our business and did not provide the documents I need.
