I felt really bad to leave the review here. I was having wire transfer for my business. However they made a TYPO on my transaction which made me send the money TWICE. They were trying to get me a refund but not guarantee 100% money back after all the things happened. As a banker, making this kind of mistake was absolutely unacceptable. They are not taking their job really serious.

Extremely bad customer service..Nobody never ever answer the calls ,they all have bad attitude plus they don't care abouts customer satisfaction. Have been customer of chase on this brand for 9 years the last two years this location is getting worse

I'm really not even sure how to explain my experience with these people. Common sense has just taken a leave over there. I tried to make a deposit but they wouldn't accept it. Let me repeat this; I tried to give money to a bank but they would not take it. Why? Because they are not sure that the money I gave them a week ago, and that they have in their possession now, is real. Imagine this scenario; another bank launches a large sum of money that they don't have. One of their customers can call in and tell them to send money that the customer doesn't have. How can one think this would even happen? That money is real. They would have never sent it if it wasn't. Hello. Is there anybody in there? But this isn't even the real problem; I'm trying to give you more money. I'm not asking you to give me anything. All I want to do is get their super Sherlock squad working on the next round of deposits. It's cluelessness at it's finest. Their elevator doesn't go to the top floor. I've had their credit card for twenty years, they don't know who I am?

Went into the branch and made a deposit into my Chase liquid account. The ATM took my my money, but didn't put the money in my account. There was an error. Didn't really pay attention. So, l went inside the branch to purchase a cashiers check. Gave her my liquid card to pay for the cashiers check. Since the deposit at the ATM didnt home through, the cashier took the money for the cashiers check out my regular checking account without my permission. Had to call customer service while in the branch. They said it could take 24 to 48 hours to get my money in the correct account. In the meantime l have transactions coming through tonight. There will be a $34 fee for each transaction. Been a customer for nearly 11 years. WOW

Slow crew every ti.e I'm visiting that branch I only get one impression which is all employees whish if they were not working in this place. Not forgetting to mention all technical problems we have to deal with as customers such as deposit money in the ATM and it won't go through and you end up fighting to get your money back in the account that was taken by the machine but never posted to the account and a lot of that kinda issues.

This Chase branch has the best personnel of all, their costumer service is number one, we went here last Tuesday due to my brother in law Chase CC who’s from New York generate a problem when he tried to use it at this shoes store, we went to this Chase branch due to this is the closest one from that shoes store, right away we were assisted by Patricia, she ordered my brother in law a new card and she stated that if it didn’t arrive in two days come back, so, in short we did came back, but not in this facility, assuming all Chase Banks have the same service, we went to the one in Foothill Blvd and Euclid Ave, it was a mistake move, that facility their costumer service is so bad, once this teller see’s the card, right away she said “oh it’s Credit Card, we don’t do that here, you have to call the number at the back of the card”, she didn’t even spend or try a second to check it in her computer, we told her we were help from this facility in Milliken by Patricia two days ago, and there were no problem helping us regarding to the credit card and why she can’t help us, then she said “go back to Patricia, she might can help you”, and so that’s what happened, we went back to this branch in Milliken Ave and Foothill Blvd, right away we were helped by Alexis but couldn’t completely solve the problem, Jorge Cervantes was the one who completely solved the problem, he contacted all the person who needs to be contact to solve the problem. If I️ could give 0 I️ would. Anyone who knows me knows customer service is #1 in my book. I️’ve had a great relationship with Chase till now, good standing/high balance account(s).. you would think Chase would appreciate customers like me. This branch makes me want to close my account (in the process) from the Manager of this location to the employee’s in exception to one employee(unfortunately I can’t remember his name).. do you really care about our accounts..? Long story short Around $500,00 was taken from account. I️ asked if a Manager could contact me so I️ May speak to him in regards to my concerns..the manager Tommy A. Zampiello has a banker call me to tell me he’s to busy to call me, and if you come in our branch you’ll be wasting your time-exact words. What type of customer service is that!? very disappointing. 10+ years with this bank down the drain! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

STAY AWAY. one of the worst Chase Banks I have been too. Every time I go there It seems like they search for reasons to not help me. Not to mention they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY from this location if you can. If you want GOOD customer service take the time to drive to a different Chase Location.

I always get rude employees. NEVER fails. They never explain what they’re doing ahead of time. They always explain after they already did whatever they do with your account and it’s too late to make changes. I was reading reviews and these should be brought up to a higher up staff member because this is too much. NEVER going here again.

Very upset right now I go into the bank deposit my check then go to one of the bank tellers in the cubicals and ask him if he could help me with removing my account from my moms and have my own takes him 30 min but I understand it takes time but he said “I don’t think I can do it” so I say that’s fine then he says “wait I think I did it wrong” which made me scepticle but I respect what he says and let him do his thing so finally he said he did it and asks me to electronically sign so I did then he says we’re all done I go to work and I need gas to come back home and my card is getting declined everywhere I go and I call the customer service and they tell me “it looks like he closed your account” and it’s late and all banks are closed so now I’m stuck 50 miles from my home having to wait for a friend to bring me money. I never not once mentioned to close my account that doesn’t make no sense if I just deposited a check so this guy does. Not know how to do his job it’s some fat guy who has glasses w a black smart watch (round) I’m very upset because not only did he embarrass me but he also wasted my time. He should get demoted or at least a warning because he did not do his job properly and I better have all my money in my account I don’t want no bs or “unfortunatelys” I do not have time for that because again this is not my fault it’s his fault for not knowing how to do the process correctly I expect my full money w no problems and no fees he sits right in front of the water machine again he deserves a warning he even started drinking his soda in front of me which to me is very unprofessional I never want to be handled by this guy ever again wasted 2 1/2 hours waiting for gas money not cool at all...please read this and understand I don’t get mad like this usually but he put me in a uncomfortable position and wasted my time no one deserves there time wasted like this I was so patient with him
