The bank employees at this branch have no customer service skills. I was ignored from the moment I walked in and there was only three other people in line before me. I've been banking with Chase for over 30 years, back when it was called Washington Mutual and I have never been treated like this. I needed help and called for the supervisor, which got me nowhere. She didn't offer to help me, nor wanted to help me. She was very short with me. The Supervisor at this branch lacks the skills of the title that was given to her and is not professional in behavior or knowledge of treating people equally. I really hope Chase bank looks deeper into their employees treating their customers in a rude and unprofessional manner because after all, it's making your customers go bank elsewhere

Just went to talk to my bank about opening up a fourth account and I was not even greeted when I walked in, sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence. I’ve been with Chase for a long time but if their customer service is going to be that poor than I am not going to continue being a customer.

This is the worst Chase branch I have ever been to. I walked in and the only person that talked to me for the first 20 minutes was the "security guard" and there were only 3 other people in line. I asked for help opening a joint account with my wife and they told me they did not have any openings that day and could not help me....Customer Service was terrible compared to other experiences I've had with Chase in the past

My partner and I opened a business account at this branch a couple of weeks ago and today I received a call from the branch manager, Javier Mendoza, informing me that I had to come to the branch TODAY(!) and produce my ID to be scanned for their records. My partner and I gave our ID's to the bank representative when we opened the account and the branch somehow mis-managed the scans and/or lost them. Mr. Mendoza INSISTED that I make my way through the snow storm today to his branch to produce my ID or my account would be put on hold. He proceeded to be rude to me and didn't care if I closed my Chase accounts which I have had at other locations for over 20 years. Mr. Mendoza is the worst possible customer relations manager I have ever encountered in the banking industry. Chase should reconsider his role in their company.

I can't say terrible service, because we didn't get any service. Tried to open a new account, basically said no, no callback.. very rude

I love this branch because they know me personally. Ricardo Gonzalez their all star teller greats me by my name and that makes me feel like a $1m client which I’m not but makes me feel good every time I visit the branch.

Absolutely unbelievable! I have accounts with Chase and just now they would not cash a $145 money order! It's just as good as cash and they wouldn't do it. The largest bank in the world. I will never open accounts with this bank again ever.

She is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with at a bank i tried closing my dads bank account since he passed away and came in at 4:25pm.....I explained to her I live over 200 miles away and there is no chase banks anywhere close to me....the closest one is Colorado Springs and thats 2.5hrs away and and she said well come back tomorrow we are closing soon and it will take too long.....well isnt that her job??!!

I came in at 1:50, 10 minutes before they close on a Saturday. I needed two notaries done and I had a ton of questions. Chase was hard at work with something else, when I interrupted him and asked about the notaries. He stopped what he was doing and welcomed me into his cubicle, and helped me out right away. He answered all of my questions and was extremely informative. I will be coming to this branch from now on!

The location of this bank is ok although I preferred the Speer location which now has very limited service. And customer service is definitely not the mantra of Chase Bank. Drive through is a very long process because they don't have enough people. When I called about notary public services I was told (incorrectly) that they didn't offer that service. I went to a Wells Fargo branch where I do not have an account and they very graciously provided service. But the thing I think is least responsive is Chase's lack of any COVID-19 policy for their senior customers. I have set up a POD arrangement at Schwab and 2 credit unions by phone, fax, and email. The only way I can do it at Chase is to come in and sit at a desk while someone taps on their computer. This isn't a big risk but in light of the possibility of a poor outcome not worth the risk. They should make adjustments to their policy to serve their customers.I will take my business elsewhere.
