Chase Bank N Main St, Spring Valley

This branch is closest to me and there always seems to be an issue with one of the ATMs. I am sitting in line at the ATM because (surprise, surprise) there is an issue with the drive up ATM. I pulled up to the drive-thru ATM and it said that it wasn't able to accept cash or check deposits or dispense cash. I went to one of the walk-up ATMs and my ATM card got stuck in there for about 5-7 minutes before finally releasing my card. It ... is ... literally ... always ... something 🙄

Very friendly customer service. Many tellers behind glass counters. Access to Atm inside bank. Staff very knowledgeable cordial and patient

I have been banking with Chase for over 10 years and it's still a great bank as long as you don't need costumer service. The branch reps are paranoid. I don't know why they still have cubicles at this branch, you don't need more than one person twice a week to assit costumers is replacing lost debt cards, they can't do much more. try depositing cash and you will be asked to present a photo ID. Just do yourself a favor and switch to Northeast community Bank across the street, its a Community bank.

When I usually come to the bank there's one face always smiling, and professionally servicing customers and that is Gasper. He's truly an asset to this branch and Chase.

Bed experience. Always a long wait time When waiting for a bank specialist the wait time is minimum an hour. Only one guy to help the customers the manager wasn't there (as most of the time).

Nice carpet, beautiful furniture, but disgusting customer service, I'm waiting already for 41 minutes and no offer me help, besides of saying "someone will be with you momentarily"

the costumer service at this branch is garbage, just when there to get a temporary debit card, after waiting there for 30 minutes I had to leave because they were busy making out to each other .

the worst bank you wait for the ATM because it never works all the time an appointment is never given to you

Typical Chase suburban branch. Good parking. Lines to use the ATM can get long.

very bad location, 1 teller only inside with crazy long lines, and the ATM outside is always something broken, or doesn't give cash, or doesn't accept checks deposit - this location is just wasting peoples time.
