Chase Bank Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach

Excellent staff and very knowledgeable about rates, currency exchange, and other services. I recommend this branch over others in the area who's ATMs seem to never work. (Like the one on Forrest Hill & 441)

Best bank in the country but in this branch staffs are very slow in service. It took them 45 minutes to deposit a slip. I was in 5th car in the line.

Went to drive-thru! Slooooow AF!!! I pushed the call button ay least 10 times. No answer. Absolutely ridiculous! I am still sitting here after 10 minutes....UPDATE: Finally the guy answered. I asked if he could cash my check. He sent it back!!! I said, "so you aren't gonna cash it!?" He says, "oh, you wanted to cash it?" No dipshit. I just thought I would send it & sit here for the hell of it!!! I said, "forget it!!!" And I left. Pissed!!! I called the branch & told them what happened. They apologized profusely. I have never had a problem with Chase, but this was unacceptable!! Never did cash my damn check.

I went to replace my debit card the girl farhana was very nice and helpful. she helped me very sharply. I am so happy with her service. Great

The drive thru is terrible! Takes super long for someone to come assist you. They are low on staff! I’ve driven away twice already because no one came to assist me

Awful branch. 25 cars in 2 drive through. 1 person working. Lobby is closed.

I find this location a waste of time I came here to do a deposit into another chase account and you are unable to even do that at this location since their is no tellers their.

I have never loved a bank so much! The manager is a sweetheart!

The lady who speaks Spanish does not allow you to speak almost. In the end, I do not explain what I need to know, I have already played several times and in the end I come out with more doubts. On one occasion we wanted to open a new account after having an apmt, it was my husband and I, being a client for 16 years the license was not enough and the debit card we lost time and in the end another bank with only that information and Without seeing I have been a customer, they never opened the account for us, I don't understand, but that's my opinion
