I had a appointment 2:pm. I arrived 1:44 pm. One guy was standing with iPod. I ask for sayad because I had a appointment 2:00pm. He said wait for 1to 20 minutes he is on launch. I was waiting after 1 hour I ask him sayd is here he said yes. I saw Sayad working with someone else. They system and service so terrible. I will wait one more if any one don’t call me. I will open an account deferent branch or bank. Some people are destroying other peoples business.

Went to Chase bank in Jackson Heights. Had a meeting with Syed Ilyas because I forgot my pin for my debit card. He was very disrespectful. He had no manners. He was very impolite and cranky. I don’t know why chase hire such people behind did not learn any manners.

Banking services too bad, lots of people on the line. Only two banker taking customer. No business banker. I’m waiting more then one hour clear one check no body here to help. One business banker she gone for lunch break 11am now 12:01 she never come back. So personally recommend business banking no good for here. All employees are in vacation. New employees there are not business related. They made my day too bad. I don’t think so getting help from here before 1pm. Because before 1pm if I not clear my check, my check will get bounced with fee!!!! Very bad unacceptable service.

Horrible customer service at this location! I have multiple business accounts and a personal and savings account with chase. When I asked the teller for extra coins for my business she responded rudely saying she can’t give extra except the limit and that they have other businesses too. She could’ve said it in a nice way. Other banks I go to give more coins and better service to me. Really disappointing from such a big bank.

I needed a document notarized and Steve, the branch manager, was more than understanding and accommodating. I didn't realize there was a mistake on my paper work until I was present for my initial appointment and Steve was very understanding of the mistake. We scheduled another appointment. Steve was very personable and friendly! Honestly, he is one of the most friendly employees I've met at Chase. I highly recommend this branch to fulfill your needs!

Visited the branch with my Senior Aged Father and was told by a young lady it would take 1 hour to be assisted. Waited one hour and once I was called by Edison who stated he couldn't help and I would wait for an actual banker named Syed. I was told I would wait another hour. This is horrible service and will never visit this branch in addition they just lost the opportunity for my homeowners loan. This is not how people should be treated.

I went this bank to withdraw large amounts but the lady who helped me was so rude and didn’t talk nicely. It was okay if there is limit withdraw but she didn’t tell me in a nice way. I was like ooopp… sh okay? I’m not going there from now.

Worse chase service I have ever! It seems to me management are Unfortunately unprofessional & unacceptable & also all the bank Taylors are so so lazy even higher officials too!That's why took long time to get banks service from staying loog line from inside & ATM booth also non working with small bills.No $100 bills!Hope higher management shuld act now.Thanks for understanding!

Been standing in the cold at 9 am looking at the employees walk back and forth inside the store and never waved at us customers standing outside . I called 3 times they never answered . And one lady finally opened the door at 9:09 instead of 9 am she didn't ever say hello nor apologized for the inconvenience. The cashier never answered my good morning either. It's my first and last time at your branch.very poor customer skills
