What the hec is a SINGLE SERVICE FEE? My wife and I withdrew our money from Chartway here in West Valley City, UT because our CD's matured. I asked for cash so the customer agent service agent gave our monies in cash and check. Low and behold he charged us $4.00 for two checks as a service fee. I could not believe what a saw on the receipt. When we brought our money to purchase the retirement CD's it was by check and we were not charged a service fee but when we withdraw it they charge a service fee. SO BUYER BEWARE! They are the only credit union that I have ever had charge me to withdraw my own money. They are the worst credit union to do business with. Both my wife and I were charged the fee. WITHDRAWAL SINGLE SERVICE FEE $4.00

Probably, the worst bank/credit union in the World. Can’t believe I got stuck in a loan with them. The branch is okay/mediocre/a little less than par. But the rest of the way to Virginia/Corporate….only gets worse. There’s definitely levels in Hell, called Chartway.

Terrible customer service. I went through their drive through window to make a payment on a car loan. The young man that came to the window grabbed the check, proceeded to take 15 minutes to talk with his coworkers while I waited in my car. He then took an additional 5 minutes to actually process the payment. When he came back to the window, he laughed in my face and gave me my receipt. Awful service.

I would avoid I got 2 charge backs from them closing an account. On account was 34 days over drawn the other was 32 due to starting a new job. So I got hit really hard with my credit. This place is definitely not a real credit union. Credit unions care about their coustomers this place doesnt

Tried to apply loan here and got denied by a manager our credit score is decent not lower than 700. Try to applied for credit card with a limit of 2k but got denied EVEN THO WE ARE PAYING OF OUR CARD EVERY MONTH WITH 3K A MONTH!! The Mexican manager is the worst to dealt with does not want to make money! We ended up going to mountain America approved in loan right away and got a new credit card with them.

I feel that their dispute process is crazy. Verbal confirmation is good enough to speak about the account but to dispute you have to print out the form for those who dont have a computer you can inconvince yourself by having to drive 2 cities away to deliver said paper and even if its a joint account the other person HAS to fill it out. Again inconvincing the member. When asked to submit feedback was told there's nothing I could fill out to express my annoyance. So a Google review it is I really hope that they fix this process because it really is not a simple process for something that was fraud charges where's the customers protection?

After being with Utah Central C.U. for approximately 1 year I have experienced an inexcusable situation that has yet to be resolved. I made 2 payments on my Visa credit card. 1 payment in cash and 1 transfer from my checking account. It has been 4 days and the payments have yet to be posted. They did however take the money immediately from my account. I am still waiting for my money. There is no good excuse. They haven't heard the last of me.
