I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. Showed up to my appointment on time and sat in the waiting area, watching the guy I was supposed to be meeting wonder around the hall. 30 minutes after I waited, he came out to tell me that they double booked my appointment and he was expecting someone else to be coming in shortly. I looked at this as if I was not important enough to be dealt with. He pushed me off for a more important person that had not shown up yet. If he would have spoken to me when I arrived, he would have probably hade enough time to speak to me first. After, I spoke to the secretary to reschedule the appointment and I was told I will be contacted later with a set time. I let her know it was very important I got in quick and was assured that I will be contacted by the end of that day. It is now two weeks later and no call. How are you supposed to trust you financial investments into a company that has no motivation to speak to you? After my experience, I will strongly advise everyone to take your money were your money is wanted.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous to go to this location. I’m happy to say I had a fantastic experience though. Annie at the front desk was both kind and helpful. As well as diligent in answering all of my questions. I had to go in the next day too and the gentlemen there at the front desk was just as nice and efficient in his service to me.

I'm content with Charles Schwab. The ability to use any ATM is a major convenience to anyone. I've enjoyed banking with them much more than Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Their fees are much lower.

They are very helpful at the Fresno location. I like the way they get right on a problem and they don't have any fees. Why would anyone use a broker-dealer when these guys are free?

Would never recommend this business for any reason. There are far to many options that allow you to walk away from this establishment. A very poor example of customer service and business practices. You might find individual employees to be pleasant but ultimately the company left me more than disappointed.

I was thinking about opening an account at Charles Schwab. But after reading Kevin Smith's review, I changed my mind.
