The gentleman at the front desk provided great service. I had applied for a corporate account and missed some fields. He printed out the form and took the time to highlight what I needed to fill out and sign, answered my questions, then sent me off with a postage paid envelope for a separate form I needed.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Unable to give me a reason that they’re taking over a month to transfer stock, they’re already costing me money and no one seems to be able to tell me why, let alone answer the phone.

I met with Jeff Conover, who took me in without delay to open my company's retirement account. His eagerness to review my documents and confirm my account was in order with the appropriate staff at Charles Schwab & Co. was reassuring. I discovered on my way out moments later that their front desk had served my partner complimentary refreshments--wi-fi was also standing by for us. They are the real deal, hands down.

I have been going in to this location for years now and always get first rate...first class service! Rhonda at the front desk always remembers me and greets me with a friendly smile and conversation.

Their automated phone system is poorly organized. I called the main number to get a simple question answered. I could not get connected to a live person and none of the automated options related to my question. You can do better, folks.

Just like the other reviews on here. No one answers the phone. They did at Td Ameritrade. Guess what

Nobody answers the phone at the Tucson office I've tried for days and days. This is an extremely unprofessional operation.
