My mom went to go get the car inspected by a trusted mechanic. There was a 3-4 inch hole in the tire down to the wires and the brakes were not fixed properly. The car had previously been inspected by the Champion Ford shop and passed their inspection. Obviously it’s untrustworthy. Don’t try and buy their cars

They were friendly. With all the stuff going on they took longer than normal to get my oil change done, but that was because they wanted make sure everything was safe.

Scheduled an oil change and inspection. Service department was very easy to deal with. They offered a free shuttle service that dropped me off at my house and picked me up when the work was complete.
