I think it's terribly rude to not have anyone in the lobby and a person comes in for a simple cashier's check and have to wait 28 minutes. The person that handled my transaction was a trainee obviously. She had a another employee standing over her the entire time she was doing my transaction. Did anyone stop to think that I might have something to do and might not have that type of time to invest in her career. I certainly hope she learned something from that transaction I certainly did. Because I was late for work because of it.

As a young adult, I really appreciate how clear and helpful the staff is-- the intricacies of finances are rarely taught in school, and I'm of the firm belief that I would be worse off had I turned to a bank rather than CCU. Not having to go anywhere to deposit checks is the cherry on top!

Had a fradulant withdraw on my account, that I did NOT authorize and that the company (turbo tax) has no record of me authorizing or oweing to them anything. Meanwhile they took out of my "secure" checking account. Instead of champion marking this as a fradulant charge as it was, they proceeded to charge me not one but two charges for ISF and this was after a bank representative assured me that my account would be frozen (after about 3calls to the bank after speaking with turbo tax) I don't trust them with my hard earned money,and either should you!

Staff are always there to assist you in your banking needs & do it with a smile!😊

Pathetic online functionality. No weekend hours. The people there are very nice, but I need to actually be able to make deposits by other means than using their mail slot. Really?
