BEWARE!!!!!! This company is a complete sham. I was told last year on July 2016 that I had a balance of $3500 left, paid it and now they're saying I still owe $2400 because of the 20% interest rate that's taken out of the payment. When I called to see what's going on, the idiot supervisor said it's a 20% interest rate I sign on the contract BUT "it varies". I don't know what planet these dummies are from, but if my contract stated 20% interest is taken out THEIR SHOULD LITERALLY be no reason for the interest to "vary" every month. They never correctly update your payment balance and have very unethical collection practices as well as violating your FDCPA Rights. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM YOUR BUY CARS FROM DEALERS THAT FINANCE WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I was late one payment and they came to my job to repo but I was told a night before it was on hold so I paid it at 10:30 according to the paper but my car was gone by 9. So how is that fair when they told me I was gonna be ok by 12 and it wasn't my fault still had to pay 375 for a repo that wasn't my fault.

Very very horrible ppl always with attitude very unprofessional. No communication skills amongst one another always calling me about my payment when I've already paid or made arrangements. I feel this company is a huge rip off!!!

I have had a GREAT Experience with CFS. They helped me get a car loan...with bad credit....worked with me on payments (late max 2 wks.). They SAVED my life regarding needed new transportation! Would highly reccommend them!

Worst customer service ever super rude woman I spoke to never getting a car finance thru them again . There is ways to talk to people and those people have no manners if u have a problem they dont care but if you are late a day they call u 10000 times like if u would have ran off with the car .

Although I’ve never had anybody speak to me in a rude manner they’ve been courteous, they seem unwilling to work with you due to all this COVID-19 madness going on they only do one month deferment and expect you to pay the rest when you’re not working or they’re concerned with is getting their money in a timely fashion within the next day or so I don’t think that’s right I’ve seen smaller financial companies give their clients more time to months the firm at three months deferment because they’re Sympathetic to what’s going on with the world today and it seems like these people just don’t care about that they just want their money
