We were already with another company that really lacked the professionalism and the knowledge of what homes were going for in our area. After allot of fighting and arguing to get out of our contract we contacted Ask Cox. Right away we could tell there was a world of difference with our agent Shelly Chavez. She priced the home right and we had an offer within the month. The other agent hadn't even had one offer in six months. She was always easy to talk to and very responsive. I would suggest that if you need your home sold to at least talk to them. I'm sure you'll know right away what makes them one of the best.
