Centris Federal Credit Union S 168th St, Omaha

HORRIBLE! My account was basically hacked 3 times. So I switched my banks. They knew. And yet they continued to take funds out for auto pay when it had been cancelled and also set up on my new account! Now they sent me to collections for something that was entirely their fault. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BANK HERE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! Even when your bills are paid on time! Disgusting!

Centris is an amazing credit union. They value their members and treat you like family when you come in. The staff is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to open up a new account or that needs a loan.

If you are wanting to bank with a credit union, go to Veridian. Their online banking and banking application are by far superior to Centris, their customer service is 10x better and they are much easier to work with when it comes to loans. I have been banking with this company since I was 13 and got my first bank account, so I have had them for quite some time. I have never been impressed with the customer service at any of the Centris locations or on the phone. It takes a really long time to get anything done and they always make you feel like an inconvenience. I changed my last name on the account by coming into the bank and updated my card also, however my account keeps reverting to my maiden name and I am always having difficulty with the bankers finding my account. I have to verify all my info every time I make a transaction at one of the locations to prove my identity since my name is always showing up differently than it it supposed to. Their banking application is not as efficient as the applications of other banks I have used and their ATM declines a lot of my cash deposits and I am not sure why it offers the ability to deposit checks if it is always saying it cannot process them or read them or whatever else. Don't bank here!

Worst bank I’ve ever had. Don’t expect them to take care of their customers when something goes wrong or if they make a mistake after they made “updates to improve” their online banking and it causes your account to overdraft $180 because they will fault you anyways. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. They just want your money, take it somewhere that truly cares about you instead....that’s what doing!

I am closing my account at CFCU. I am an OTR truckdriver and I have told them REPEATEDLY that I need to be able to use my debit card nationwide. But yet they are constantly turning it off for "Unusual Activity", which translates to using my card anywhere outside of the Omaha Metro area. I'm done with them.

This place is horrible. They refused to offer a Hispanic a job.

Claire Ferry is about as good as they come! She cares, responds quickly and always goes above and beyond for anything I need!

I really like Centris as a bank and love the 45th and Ames location however I had to meet my husband at this location, as it was closer to where he was working 6/24/19, got called back by Ashely, to do something that should have taken 5mins, who didn't even read the paperwork that was already filled out and ready, decided to behave very unprofessional and flirt with my husband right in front of me.... my husband and I will never go back to 168th and w center location and if you would love to be disrespected and your husband hit on in front of you than by all means go here but I would not suggest it...

They must only have 2 people working in the building and only 1 at the drive up. Not very customer friendly if I'm wasting fuel waiting for this "convenience" and by the other ratings it's clear they're doing nothing to resolve.

Love banking here! Best quality service, great options for banking, and the recent online update is top tier.
