Central Valley Community Bank Auberry Rd, Prather

Bank location is convienent and the staff is friendly but it takes 4 or five times to get anything done. My son opened a new account and 4 weeks later we called customer service no debit card was ordered. Tried 4 times to get e-mail on website to be right and finally just gave up. They seem have alot of possible fraud calls and need to turn cards off. Then it is again a pain to activate new card and to get pin set up. The bank in clovis dont seem as bad so far so if he keeps this bank he will have to start going to the clovis branch.

I am welcomed with a smile and greeted by my name. I had my credit card comprised and handled it promptly and professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

I opened a second account in order to keep funds from our home construction project separate from our ongoing personal income and expenses. Today I discovered this account had been closed because we had a zero balance in it for several days. I was told this is now a corporate policy. I am 73 years young and have NEVER had an account closed without prior written notice, which gives me an opportunity to address the problem and keep the account open. I am submitting written complaint to corporate office, but not looking for the policy to change:surely Im not the first person to complain about it.

They have always treated us with respect and smiles and are very nice at the Prather branch.
