Just went in to do recall job and check the sun roof on my jeep. Made an appointment , when I got there they acted like it was an inconvenience to them and they said 2 hour job and I won't get my car back til the next day. So I changed appointment time to 9 am a week later. Show up a little better customer service. Before I know it's 1pm and no call they said they still needed to look at sunroof. So I go down there to hurry things up. Same guy, I asked if they were done, he had no clue and tells me to sit in waiting room. 3pm still nothing, so I see him just sitting there talking to his manager about golfing. Asked him again " o I don't know if it's done" so he just goes prints out a paper saying roof needed to replace $2,000.

Worked with Joel, very patient with the situation that unfolded and headaches requiring the proper paperwork and such to complete the sale of the car (taking longer on my part than necessary). Very friendly and easy to talk to and I look forward to working with them again in the future. EDIT: Adjusting my review accordingly due to factors arising pertaining to billing (principal and interest) inconsistency and lack of follow-through with their finance department failing to get back to me regarding the lender. All things aside, I would still deal here, but require certain specifics to be given to me paperwork wise (which were never given).

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Back in April my front strut and rear shock started leaking and making a rattling/clicking noise, so I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the service department. I talked with Aric the assistant manager who was very rude and condescending and told me I was out of warranty even though another service guy told me I was in warranty and everything would be taken care of. I then got in touch with Adam the service manager and he said because of the confusion and because I was so close to my warranty that he would take care of it, which I was extremely grateful. Seems like a happy ending to the story, but not even two months later the same strut goes out again leaking and rattling so I take it back in and tried to talk to Aric again who was even more rude and made snide remarks about the first repair. I then talked to David, who is the only helpful person there who made me an appointment and put me back into contact with Andrew. When I talked to Andrew he said that he was only able to do one good will replacement, but he would talk to his higher ups and try to get it approved which he did. So, I get the strut replaced again and when my brother picks up my car he tried asking the guy what might cause a strut to go out after not even two months he said maybe too much off-roading and things happen. I drive a 2WD Jeep from home to work and back home never once have I taken my car off road. Anyways, I get my car back but it's still making the same rattling noise from the strut so I called David again and explained what's going on and he tells me to bring it in so that can verify everything was put back correctly after the first time. I take it back in again and the only person that was there was Aric who said they never had any documentation that it was making a rattling noise even though I had told every person before of that issue and that it would be $135 just for them to look at it again so I left. I called Adam again and explained what had happened and he then said because it was never notated that I would have to pay for them to look at it because I never told them of the noise before. I tried to explain that I HAD told every single person of the noise, but he then lost his composure and started raising his voice and saying that it was my own fault because I didn't make sure it was properly notated, even though every service member I told that too said it back to me, so I just figured it was in their system. In the end I regret ever taking my Jeep to this service department for the lack actual customer service and it makes me regret ever buying a Jeep. If I could this would be zero stars.

Well I brought it in for an oil change, and the parts for my recall are ready just they had to order the parts. OK no biggie but at 12:45 I ask how much longer and they forgot about my Jeep. But no charge for it and they washed my car. Thanks for keeping it real.

Gordon Wright sold me 2013 Jeep Patriot a month ago, this guys is amazing and on top of his game. My wife and i went there driving by to just look at used jeep with low miles. Before we knew Gordon had the keys in a flash. With just the intent of test driving the jeep my wife and i fell in love with the jeep. We had showed up fairly late that saint Patrick days evening with great customer service Gordon got the ball rolling the paper work. we left late that night with our new Jeep very happy and satisfied with Gordon's customer service in finding in something we wanted and could afford.

Only because you can’t give zero. Bought my Jeep here, bought extended warranty, last time I went in to service they said, you have no oils in your engine. Wow, no check engine light on or anything? Then made a comment that It would void my warranty and no telling what damage I had done to my vehicle. It s been in 3 times in the last 4 months???? Brought it in several times for the same issue for over a year. Finally, it was the Catalyst converter that was no linger covered! Buy your Jeep or Ram in Turlock or Manteca. I AM SO LUCKY I HAD ANOTHER MECHANIC LOOK AT MY VEHICLE, 1 month before they said I had not oil. Good thing I have proof that was a not the truth. It is not the warranty company, it is clearly the dealership. UPDATE....Do not purchase a vehicle here! If something goes wrong, they won’t help you. Turlock has a great service departments. I know it is super inconvenient from Modesto, but they genuinely take care of you. They still screw up, but they own their mistakes. Buy in Turlock!!!
Tana, sorry for your experience with us. No oil, does void the warranty of any vehicle for all manufacturers. Dealerships don't set warranties on the vehicles, manufacturers do. But again we apologize for the issues you are having with your vehicle.

Great place great staff went to a few different dealerships to get the best deal I could and Brenda ended up getting us a great deal, walked away with a new Durango with an apr atleast 5% lower than any of the other dealerships offered. Didn’t take too long either. Will buy here again
