I’ve never had an issue. Anytime I’ve gone through them for a loan they’ve gone above and beyond for me. Molly specifically got me what I needed, even calling me back after hours to get it done! Much appreciate especially since I was purchasing a Tahoe and had to get it done quick or miss out on the deal!

Been banking here for 5yrs. I can not access my account. It will not let u log on and it gives no reason why this is happening I've called everynumber that is listed for this bank even out of warrensburg nobody answer the phone left a message last week with a customer service lady on the phone. She has never returned my call warrensburg,Mo is a small town . With a lot of banks. I picked this one cause it helps the community . I'm starting to think this was a mistake from these post on here. And now mine. All I wanted was a little tech support so I can check my account on the services you said you could provide. Im not the guy who puts stuff on the net but what can u do none of them know how to answer a phone and if you go with a problem then there is a problem so to the owner how should you customer go about getting there problem handled

Closed on a Saturday 9/4/2021 it's not even holiday that is Monday which of course you'll be closed!!!! Now I can't get to my money like I should be able to because my card isn't working and of course no one to talk to.... So now I have to go 4 days with no money and no way to get to my money... Definitely switching banks....

Need their coin counter recalibrated! Had brought in only quarters and had counted the total previously to coming in multiple times. Counter counted 1 of the quarters as 2 pennies somehow. Notified employee, and employee insisted the count is correct and wouldn't look into it. Had to pay extra to even out the total that was originally counted. Will be looking elsewhere to bank with! Poor customer service!

I agree with review about calls. I called for 3 days and finally got in the car and drove to the branch with my question. While there, the phone was ringing and one of the tellers asked the other to answer since she wasn't busy. The teller responded, 'just let it roll to voicemail.' I met with a customer service rep about the length of time I spend in the drive-thru lines, poor savings rates, lack of answering the phones, and the new $3 monthly fee for paper statements. We consistently receive requests from utility companies, etc to 'go paperless', but always have the choice to continue with paper statements with no fee. Feb 1st, CMCCU imposed the fee without an option to continue paper statements for free. Very disappointing. The rep just nodded and offered no explanation or promise to communicate my concerns to higher ups. My only hesitation in closing the account is the time it will take me to move all my auto debits for utility, etc payments, but we have opened savings accounts at other institutions that offer much higher rates. I do not recommend this financial institution.

Friendly, but not competent. I would highly suggest taking your business to another institution. I submitted a loan application and after 2 weeks heard nothing, I contacted them and was told I needed to have an account first. I already had an account and when I pointed this out the loan processor said "sorry", she hadn't thought to check. If that was the only snafu along the way I would have brushed it off, but there have been 2 other situations where they either dropped the ball, asked me to fill out paperwork I've already filled out or otherwise engaged in practices that have delayed the closing by more than 30 days. Very friendly people, but I wouldn't advise trusting them with a two dollar bill much less your life savings or a home loan.

I've gotten numerous loans here, even when I had terrible credit I was still able to get into a loan with a very reasonable interest rate. My husband was able to get a vehicle loan with a 4% rate when he had NO credit history. They've been very good to us, especially with building our credit.

They don’t give loans or business to black men with good credit.. I’ve taken care of all debts improved my credit and still denied me. I’ve been with them since I was 12. Loyal and everything and they can’t even help me

Friendly and helpful except around a holiday. (They shut down the Saturday of a three day weekend.) But are opened any other typical weekend on Saturday. They also do not care that you are :10 seconds past 4pm. And you took off work to hurry and miss them by that amount of time. So much for personalized individual service. Can get the cold shoulder from any bank around town . Typical bank cloaked as a member owned credit union.

The people inside are awesome. But don't ever call cause it's a black hole that goes nowhere. Someone stole my card number and I can't get to the bank. Fraud detection called and alerted me but can't call and dispute charges and cancel card if no one ever answers.
