We worked with Central Funding Inc, formerly Infinity Mortgage Group, on two loans this year (2021). First, we refinanced my house and second, we bought an investment property. The first refinancing loan we did with another company in 2020 was not a good experience. The company we went through gave us a hard time. The people they had working on our loan were incompetent. But the worst part was they told us we could not combine the mortgage with the equity line of credit balance. It took about 5 months to close. A year later I met the owner of Central Funding and over lunch, I told him my experience. He said not only was it possible to combine the HELOC with the mortgage, his company did it all the time. Then he connected me with Greg to do another refinance loan of our home. My wife and I had never had the experience to work with an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proficient loan officer. Greg had a lot of patience with us and educated us on a lot of things related to what we were doing. We closed in about 6 weeks with no issues whatsoever. Shortly after closing on our refinance, we spoke with Greg about an investment home we wanted to purchase. Initially, we just wanted to hear his opinion how to go about purchasing the property. After a few minutes, he came up with an incredible strategy and said he could help us secure an investment loan. We closed on the property within 30 days with no issues.
