Central Credit Union of Florida North W St, Pensacola

I had credit union account over 20 years but now I’m receiving letters in the mail forced me to close all my account and my family account due to too many transfer from my account to my family account, when I deposit cash I have to withdraw from another bank to deposit to my account but they don’t except that because they don’t know where that cash came from ? ( less than $10000) I thought it was my money I can deposit whenever I need it, I did not realize that I have to tell them where the cash come from? Oh well I’m OK with that it’s not one bank in US lol.

I’ve been a member for over three years. I have pandemic loans on time no missed payments credit card on time and no missed payments. But it seems they can only give vehicle loans to white folks. This is my second time applying but I can’t get a loan. At navy federal I would have been approved. Thanks for nothing.

Called after seeing an email about a special on RV loans. Thomas was extremely helpful and we were able to complete the refi in two days! Unbelievable customer service, great terms and outstanding rates. I'll be back when we're ready for a new motor home. Thanks!!

I have been with them since I was sixteen (savings account at first) and I have always loved them. They are always polite and very understanding. I have 3 kids at all times and every time I'm in there they are so sweet to them and don't make it seem like a problem (like other banks I've been to have). Love them and always will!

I'm a month behind on car loan. I always pay however. Due to circumstances that I have explained numerous times. I always pay my payment at the beginning of each month. Due to the virus my business has to stop so i dont get this thing. Well someone in this branch took it upon themselves to take the 256 dollar payment out without my knowledge or approval. I have been trying to save as much as possible for a possible month or more with no income. I just dont see how they could do this

Central is a GREAT credit union! I had a very good experience with them in obtaining a home loan. C. Thomas Price, Jr. was extremely helpful to me during the entire process and their rates were better than any other rates I could find. Also, they have several different account options available with varying dividend rates. I highly recommend this credit union.

I want to thank Tammy Smith, Kendall, and Victor for quickly replacing and activating my Visa Gold and Debit cards that were recently stolen! I always get great service from this branch in particular and the Credit union as a whole, so thank you again!

I met Brieana Bodiford many years ago, when I was seeking a loan, and she continues to be my “person”. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. CCUFL is very fortunate to have her representing them to the public.

I recently got a new card which needed to be activated so I went to the bank in person and they told me to call so I call and they don’t pick up. I’ve been trying to activate my card for the past three weeks....it goes to show their services are bare minimum and the employees are almost useless when aiding a problem. I recommend not to come here, absolutely terrible!

I was shocked how extremely rude the two Bank tellers were. When I asked them a question why the transaction wasn’t possible she immediately went into an aggressive mood. I tried to calm them down in a soothing tone. I then felt like I was a worker trying to please an angry customer. Jokes on me...Brandi was her name.
