I don’t even bank with you all but your ATM is in network for me but I go to it often and it just struck me this evening as being absolutely filthy and maybe considering the virus thing you could possibly send somebody out with some disinfectant & wipe the thing down? For one it just seems like you could have a little pride in your own property? And another level it seems like you could I don’t know maybe Cara little bit for the cleanliness of your facilities just a mild serving suggestion

This credit union is everything I want from a financial institution. They operate very lean, and give the straight forward services that most people need. Everything they do tips the balance of me having a good experience banking with them. While they don't have a ton of ATMs, the COOP lets me get money from more ATMs than even the biggest private bank. Everyone once in while they'll hit me with a small fee ($1 - $2) for things like over using foreign ATMs, but then charge half of what my wife's bank charges for something like an overdraft. Even compared to the times I have a conversation with an employee having a bad day (or a short lived rude one), I can't remember all the times I talk to an employee who remembers me and offers to go the extra mile to help. Every time I think about moving banks for some flashy thing I have an experience with another CU, or hear a banking story from a friend that makes me realize that I have it pretty good here.

I endured years of abysmal customer service because I was dumb enough to not just get one auto loan - but two. I've waited until I paid the car off to write this because I'm pretty sure they're vindictive enough to call the loan for a bad review.

Horrible customer service! Go somewhere else to put your money. Teller Eds and supervisor are very unhelpful and the supervisor not cortegous at all. Theh should get some trainning on customer service!!! Will not be makinv business with them ever again!!!!! They lost a customer and any possible positive recommendations from me.!!!

I'm not sending my cach up through a tube so a teller can miscount my money. He'll no.
