Old ladies in the customer service dept. down stairs are so rude

Central Bank of KC is the true meaning of a hometown family owned bank. Even with all the quirks. Thanks.

Deserves negative stars. Had nothing but trouble dealing with this bank since the very second the account was opened. Customer service is abhorrent. All this bank would be good for is a 5pm segment on the news because of the location. Debit card issues no one knows how to fix because???? No one knows. And really? A service charge? You should be paying people to have an account with your pathetic excuse for a bank because of how absolutely horrible it is. If you're considering this bank, save yourself the hassle and put your money in a Mason jar then store it under your porch because it'd be much more secure and the service from the actual dirt would be better.

I had very bad experience here today. All staff was rude including the officer. Came here to make my first truck loan payment 2 months ago and they accepted my payment. Then today they tell me that they cannot take my payment. Because they aren't central Bank of sedalia. Then the office on duty came up to me and told me I needed to leave the property for trespassing or I was getting arrested because they would take my payment. Worst bank ever. Won't go back. Highly recommend whoever banks at this bank to switch. If not your a trump supporter.

I have been banking with them several years.. there a 8 to 5 operation.. and 99% of my transactions are the one one independence... I don't like dealing with them when they hit me with a misc. fee my current way of avoiding fees with them is keeping a $1000 in my account at all times...

I have been with this bank for 15 years. I have found their people to be helpful and friendly. I prefer to do business with a smaller bank. Many of them actually know me now and I don't go in very often.

Worst bank i have ever been at they charge ridiculous fees for everything and offer no good service for their customers. The staff is also extremely rude and not helpful. I closed my account there and suggest people to bank anywhere else but there.

I have been with this bank for over 40 years, and have always been very well taken care of. Everyone has always been polite and thorough. I recommend them highly.

On the commercial business side: Tony Z is a pleasure to work with and really appreciate the personal service and home-town feeling of Central Back of KC. Looking forward to doing business with Central Back of KC for several years in the future!
