Central Bank E Main St, Gardner

We just moved to town and have been shopping around for a new bank. I called in asking about the different accounts they offer and spoke with Heather. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I asked.

My wife and I have been with this bank for several years and never have we had an issue with them. This branch goes above and beyond in customer service to the teller knowing me by name. Even the branch manager is wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this branch to everyone. Thank you Central Bank!

I have used Central Bank of the Midwest for years. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Heather has helped me open 2 accounts and makes things so easy!

Heather was great at setting up my 3rd account. Service is always excellent and they are always advising me about other banking options like home loans.

Bank called to verify a check from our company. I had just ordered new checks and the apperance of the check and the numbering on the check didnt match to our previous checks written. They even noticed a difference in my signature. The check was written by myself and our company, it amazes me how Central Bank caught all those changes! I have been nothing but pleased with everything business and personal thru this bank. The staff here is hands down the best ever. Thanks Central Bank and 109 E Main Staff for being so wonderful!

Awesome bank & Great Staff! Sometimes when you do call their office, you are put on "hold" for a couple of minutes when waiting to speak to an actual person. Other than that, i have multiple accounts with them and they are lovely people!

The staff in Gardner is always so helpful and friendly!

I love the back in Gardener and Edgerton great folks great to work with but if you try to call the receptionist you reach is always rude, and puts you into the IVR hell and will not let you talk to the folks at the bank you are calling it makes me mad every time it happens. If I were judging the banks I use only they would have 5 stars only. If you grade from the corporate side I would give them less then 1 star. There losing the home town bank feel, its really sad. We are quickly becoming just another number!!!

Asked if my job had direct deposit so I didn’t have to come by on paydays.... Now don’t you think I would have already looked into this so I don’t have to come by every Thursday to wait in a line.
