Central Bank W Broadway, Columbia

I own a construction company I come into the bank sometimes once a week sometimes 5times a week. The people that work there and are stationed there are really nice and it’s a joy dealing with them. The con of going here is it’s training day new people get trained there so when you get stuck with someone new which will happen quite often you have to pull out your drivers license and go through the whole process because they are new and don’t know you. I only have a business account with central bank the checks are written to the business. Pulling out an id 5-20 times a month is irritating. If you’re looking to build relationships with the bankers or tellers this is not the place to go

The West Broadway branch of Central bank of Boone County provides one of the best customer services to their customers. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and understanding. Mary, Kyle and Justis have been amazing to us and our businesses when it comes to providing services. Thank you for everything.

I am always impressed with the staff at West Broadway! I love Central Bank of Boone County, but this branch is by far my favorite. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in their work. On several occasions I've had unique banking situations arise and I've always been greeted with kindness and a willingness to solve the problem - even if that means having to go the extra mile and get creative. CBOBC prides themselves on being a local community bank and the staff at West Broadway models those values wonderfully.

My savings account with plently of money in it "disappeared" and was told Friday they would have it fixed by Monday, it's Tuesday night and I still don't have access to MY MONEY. Now, even though I have plently of money in my checking, I (tried) to pay for my $5 meal at my work and it was declined, even though the app shows that I have money. I've had ONE good employee work with me, one employee in paticular was extremely rude and didn't care about my problem or the fact that I was on a time crunch. Tomorrow, you will have one less customer, good job.

Wonderful Service! The staff always greets me and the tellers call me by name every time I come in. The customer service is sometimes backed up, but they try to provide excellent service to me every time I come in, regardless of how slammed they are

Was there waiting for over 45 mins was late back to work. And it was all for nothing. A bunch of bull. Branch manager was a joke! Would not recommend this back!

This is my new bank and I'm so pleased with their customer service, no waiting in lines and ATM locations all over town!
