I've been a long time customer, but recently had an incredible customer service experience and HAD to share. PJ opened the lobby for me a few minutes early, patiently explained some banking features I wasn't taking advantage of, and thoroughly checked my transaction for accuracy. I so appreciated the ways he went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend this location!

My wife and I have been coming to this branch now for over ten years, and continue to come here even though we have moved to Shawnee. The people who work here are special and we always feel like family when we enter the lobby. They are all as helpful as they can be and are very knowledgeable.

Every time I come to this branch the service is beyond slow. Pulled up to the ATM this morning to deposit some cash, the ATM does not accept cash. Backed up and got in the drive-thru line where I sat for 20-plus minutes before I pulled around and walked into the lobby. It still took another seven or eight minutes to make a simple deposit. Then I tell him I have to go while he's trying to push me into a credit card, tell him no I don't have time for that today but thank you. You still offers to go get the application for me to take home. Wow.

Great customer experience, feel welcomed. Whenever I go there, everyone knows me by name. Team provides me financial solutions to make my financial live better. Very happy with my banking needs. Thank you all what you do for clients each and every day.

This branch is awesome! I work with Bisrat directly. She is excellent, friendly and efficient! She’s stuck with the bank for so many years and I’ve stayed with this branch because of her. Central Bank @103rd is my favorite!

If you like terrible customer service, being treated in an extremely rude manner and having your time wasted, bingo! I am a crew leader at my job and I work for the worlds #1 franchise in my occupation and specialize in customer service. At this location the staff did nothing to help me at all and in fact just gave me dirty looks every time I went inside and made me and my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable. They lack professionalism, integrity, have zero passion for what they do, and have no idea what building rapport even means and they made zero effort to find out my values and expectations as a loyal client. Perhaps they need a reminder that the client always comes first and the client pays their paycheck. If you bank Central, save yourself the trouble of visiting this location! The staff at that particular location is a terrible representation of Central Bank of the Midwest as a whole.
