    We are members, have had a car financed thru them. They didn't process the title correctly, so now we have to go to the courthouse and do their job. When calling, you usually don't get an answer and when you do, your put on hold for long amounts of time. You leave messages and no return calls. One person will tell you one thing while another one tells something different. The customer service is pitful! So I called the number request by "management". No answer either time so I left a message and have yet to receive a call back. The credit union has my number in their system because I am a member but yet I had to reach out to them.

    This bank is horrible the manager is rude the staff are rude they do not care about their customers in any way the worst bank I have ever dealt with pick a different bank they are HORRIBLE

    In the roughest of times doing COVID-19 you would think that your bank will have your best interest. Not this credit union. It’s not for everyone. Don’t believe everything you hear about credit union. I had a bad experience with north lake credit union. I’m very disappointed with their service.

    On Agusut 3rd scammers tried to access my online account to withdraw $500 via Zelle. Because I never used Zelle through the CDC FCU the payment was not authorized. To make the bank aware of what was going on I called and told the rep not to authorize any futurte payment requests. The lady who answered my call was not payig attention and was talking to her co-workers. She placed me on hold and came back to the phone two minutes later while she was still laughing and talking to her co-workers. She didn't pay attention to what I said and instead authorized the transaction. Two minutes later I got an email from Zelle letting me know that the payment was authorized. After calling several times they didn't take any responsability for the employees' ineptitud and told me to just file a police report. I've used them for almost ten years as my second bank acccount. Soon I will cancel all my accounts with them and take my business else where.

    Worst customer service at the Northlake location. They could care less about you and that includes management. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

    We had a really poor experience getting our home mortgage through CDC credit union several years ago. The communication was poor, which led to a lot of confusion and stress. The staff members we worked with were not helpful and often a bit arrogant. To make matters worse, because of their policies we weren't able to get the keys to our new house for several days after closing. Hopefully the service has improved since then but buyer beware!

    The best credit union and services. Wendy Lambert and Martin Rucker provided excellent assistance to me, and they were extremely pleasant, punctual, and professional and always available for questions. I will highly recommend CDC Federal credit union, and also referred my sister who works at CDC to open account and access great services and she has been pleased, along with other colleagues I referred. Once again thanks a million for your great service and products with the best rates:)

    Horrible experience at this CDC Federal Credit Union. I applied for my loan on Nov 30th on their website and provided the required documents the same day. I called my agent(Keisha) couple times on December 3rd but got no response from her. I even called the branch line directly to convey the message and have her provide me an update but got no response back. In the end I emailed her for an update on December 3rd and was being told that she will give me an update by the end of the day. Today, December 5th, I decided to walk in for an update and my agent (Keisha) told me that my application was rejected due to "no credit history". She told me that she just got an update on my application right when I walked in. I never had a bank that took over 2 business days to process my application. It is weird that with my 790 credit score, I was pre-approved by several other banks (including other credit unions) and I had loan from another bank last year. I only went with this credit union because of all the positive google reviews. Now i know which bank to avoid in the future. Thank you for your business.

    Great customer service. Wanted to get an account for our ministry and my other bank, (Bank of America) wouldn't help us without a lot of red tape and just gave me the run around, but not the Credit Union they asked for a couple of things and opened the accounts up the same day. CDCFCU has us as,customers for life. Thanks to all of the great staff for always being the best.

    Save your time and money. They take forever to respond, none of the cards they send works, their system is always down so you can't deposit or transfer. It's just always something wrong with them. They always come with excuses and it's never a resolution.
