Let me just start with saying Araceil is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. Araceil is amazing always looking out in the best interest of her clients very knowledgeable! This is my second time coming to Araceil.

Terrible loan officer that has no consideration or appreciation for the agents that refer her clients. For an entire day I have been trying to get a hold of the loan officer Olivia and she has consistently been dodging my calls like a child, even after she text me this morning saying she would call me shortly. My buyers have been working with them since November of 2015 and it is now March 2016. Does not even have the courtesy to give me an update, which I have never bothered her for before. So unprofessional and unreliable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
