This place is absolutely trash, super low pricing if you pawn anything, constantly have to wait on customer service. Will not return. If you are smart go somewhere else.

The customer service is horrible. The manager Joe is rude and racist. They stand around talking and joking with each other more than helping customers. Stood at the gun case trying to make a purchase for 5 minutes the guys with the glasses kept looking but never came over, even when I asked for assistance. Will never purchase anything from this location again. Sooo any negative reviews about this location. manybrev

Really Starting to have bad service everytime you come to this place its something...

I was shopping for a projector and computer to use with the projector. I worked with a man for about one hour. I kept asking him how much the items cost. At checkout, he let me know he was not going to reduce the listed price. I told him, i wouldn't purchase the items because of the price. The customer service rep began to "loud talk" me, telling the whole store i wouldn't purchase the items after he spent an hour with me. I purchased a brand new projector for less and the new projector has a 3-year warranty. Items are overpriced and REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Love these guys. Great staff, great service, great prices and they're very fair. The only people who could have anything negative to say are those who come in and don't get their way. The people who bring in something that's 5 years old and not in any demand and still somehow expect to get retail value for it, smh. I've never had a bad experience here and come back time and time again. Definitely recommend this place!

Best prices on gently used electronics. Especially love the price on the Xbox One games, plus I can sell back games for more then the competitors! I got my XBOX ONE here with a wireless controller for only $150! Can't find a lower price in town. Also offer layaway for only 10% down and no extra layaway fee! 5 STARS

The workers are ALL rude except one Lady named Tisha. I almost had to slap the big white girl in there. The service is extremely slow, they will keep talking, joking & playing around amongst eachother as if they don't have customers waiting. They'll spend 30 minutes on one damn customer because they can't focus because of all the horseplay & then the manager just stands around watching ALL of this with nothing to say because guess what... He's in on it too. I've never seen such poor customer service. They need to fire all but Tisha, make her the manager and get a whole new staff.

HORRIBLE place to shop for quality used electronics. They sold me a faulty PS4 (would not eject, said too many controllers were plugged in when just one was/ or wouldnt read controller at all) promising me the gadgets were tested before purchase. I am so THANKFUL I purchased the 15 day "Peace of Mind" warranty (which the lady told me I "wouldnt need, but could get if I really wanted") so at least I got my money back (less the cost of the warranty). I couldnt imagine being out 220 dollars stuck with a useless PS4, which could have easily been the case. I bet they make alot of money that way.

Buyer beware as of Feb 2018 Cashland no longer allows returns for ANY reason. If you purchase an item walk out the door and realize the item does not work then return the same exact day they will not allow you to return. I am not sure why they do this. I have purchased at least 10 iPads from Cashland in the last two years and discovered that two of them did not work. I always had no problem returning in the past but now they will not return anything unless you purchase a warranty.

They didn't keep up with the number board.. The staff was all chit chatting.. Took 23 mins even though some staff was done they were talking. I feel like it could of took a lil less time. She said it was busy.. But ended being ruder after I said I could of drove to the other one and came back. I was he fastest out. Smh
