First time experience Worst place get anything done! ISupposedly trying to get a loan with them but they said I did not get accepted so I thought we were done ! So they took my last check stub and did my taxes without even asking me to do them! They took $300 out my taxes and they will never tell you any of the information you need to know pertaining to your own taxes !By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with! They will steal your money that you worked hard for! I’d recommend to never go to them.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Terri has always been honest and a great source of information. Recently I have become self-employed and she made everything a breeze for my first time filing with this new status. The ladies at this location are always pleasant and willing to help!

They are all liars. They do not disclose the full amount that will be charged during a prefund. Ms.Ann she says she is the manager at Cash Now on Germantown Pkwy. When I asked why wasn’t it communicated all fees associated with filing with them she says it must’ve been a miscommunication between me and the Caucasian lady that works there who son was entered in a GAP modeling competition and who goes to Lambs & Ivy and that his teacher also keeps him on the weekend....So in the mist of all this info I would neglect to remember or hear her tell me fees associated with my acct that will be taken out. This is very unprofessional on their part just to make some money. When I asked her what would I be charged I was told$ 75 for $1500 prefund and if the extra 1000 loads then an additional $35 will be charged. The fees if you decide to do business with this company will be $295 to file $110 $105 and an additional $75 . I would not recommend this company to anyone not even a dog. They need to be investigated and also hire people with integrity. Also if you call and ask for the persons name you are currently speaking with they will ask you your name before answering your question. I’ve never experienced such a shady group of people. I will also be reaching out to get in contact with a district or regional manager.

Cash now? More like theft now..... I got a small loan to help me with my bills for the week and I paid it in full the following payday. Now I'm being charged once a week even though I've already played off that debt? Whatever you do, this company is not worth the small money they do have because they will just steal from you from then on.

This place needs to be shut down. The service is terrible. My taxes were filed without my approval or go ahead. Then it was incorrect because she didn’t have all my paperwork. Everyone please stay away!!! 😖😖😖😖 I only received $600 and they receive more than me.

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! I MADE THE MISTAKE GOING TO THEM & NEVER AGAIN WILL I! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ACTING DUMB TO THE FACT OF STUFF! WONT GIVE ME MY AGI NUMBER FROM LAST YEAR SO I CAN FILE MY TAXES ELSE WHERE! PETTY ASH! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE FOLKS!

Came in as a first time customer. Very fast, professional, and well knowledgeable in their profession. I am greatly satisfied and would recommend anyone to the nice people here.

Definitely need to update the hours online. Also. When you close make sure the open sign is not still on for inconvenience. I can also help by saying turn off the call sevices if no one is available.

They were awsome they made everything stress free when people explain things to you ask questions if you do not understand I referred several friends and family members and even received a free iPad we were all very please with our service

I WOULD RECOMEND CASDHNOW TAXES TO ANYONE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WALKING ME THREW EACH PROCESS THEY WERE VERY HONEST EXPLAING ALL ADVANCES ARE UPON BANK APPROVALS THEY HAVE ANSWERED ALL MY CALLS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS I AM VERY SATISFIED
