Cash Loan & Security S Reed Rd, Kokomo

Got a loan on my PlayStation 4 got it back just turned it on been having issues with it ever since. It was 100% fine before this place touched it. I'm more of an Xbox player so my Playstation 4 doesn't get used to often at all nobody else but me and this place touched it and it's broke. Do not put anything in in this place that you value.

Horrible experience, there is a short, little bit older woman with glasses who every time I come in has the biggest attitude with me. I don't know if it is me directly or what but she was very unprofessional,uncooperative, and very unfriendly. I now no longer go to cls pawn shop because of this particular woman.

CLS Pawn has reasonable prices. And Deb was very helpful. I will visit again.

Incredibly rude staff from the moment I walked in. I was in the process of purchasing a $1200 item and asked a simple question about it. Apparently thats a no no there as there attitude went from rude to belittling. So I left and took my 1200 dollar business elsewhere. Also seen multiple used items that were priced higher than brand new ones you can buy in a store. I would stay very far away from this place and give your business to any one of the other pawn shops in kokomo. Very shady business here and I definitely won't be back

Came in the other day, witness another customer being rude to the workers. The workers handled it quite well. Couldn't imagine having to deal with adult "children" on a daily like these workers have to deal with. They helped me pretty promptly and made it right on the issue I had with a purchase I've made. People make mistakes but if you go in and talk to them like a decent human, they will try to help you in any way they can. They will always be my go to pawnshop.

They used to be such a good company, but since they moved and got rid of the old manager they are nothing but rip off artists. They know people walking in there are desperate and use that to there advantage.

The store is clean and well organized, and the staff on the day I visited was very polite and helpful. I was looking for a computer monitor, and although they didn't have what I was looking for the clerk was happy to show me all the options available for me to consider. I will go back to browse the next time I am looking for good, used items.

They have the best Sale's Associate ever Miss Rachelle!! I adore her spirit and customer service. I always love shopping at CLS Kokomo!

Just bought a PS4 from this place. Worked well the first day and I've had issues since. Continuous freezing and lagging with errors like corrupted database and system software malfunction. I don't suggest buying anything electronic from these people.

Do not go to the CLS in Kokomo, IN! They are terrible! I got a loan on an acoustic guitar with no case and recieved it back with dings all along the bottom. It was brand new when I took it in there. When I said something they denied it and barred me from returning. They are dishonest and rude! They were rude before the incident as well. Horrible horrible business.
