I couldn't be happier with my experience here!! They repaired a few sentimental jewelry pieces that I have wanted repaired for years and didn't trust anyone. They did an excellent job!! I also felt their trade in values were more than fair and was able to create a beautiful custom order piece of jewelry that turned out more stunning than I could have imagined!! I am so happy!! Thank you!!

I was on the search to buy a budget-bicycle at a reasonable price and found it immediately at this location. The store is very neat, clean and the staff are very helpful and cordial. I cant understand how anyone could have had an unpleasant experience here. I guess people are just overly-coddled, self-entitled and lack understanding in how pawn shops operate. I will definitely return and recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a second-hand bicycle at a very good price.

A Pawn shop is a pawn shop and is in the business to make some money. That said I would at least go to a reputable establishment, Cash exchange at least understands what you are selling/pawning and will make you an offer that is reasonable. Of course this will be far below retail but much better than most pawn shops if you need some cash ASAP.

I was looking for a vintage acoustic guitar, I stopped by the Cash Exchange and saw a few guitars and THEN THERE IT WAS. It was a 1954 Gibson L50 Arch Top with the original case, right when I saw the guitar I knew this was the one I wanted. We talked price and agreed to a more than fair deal. The guy I was working with, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and knew more about guitars than anyone I've ever talk with, very cool dude ! Totally stoked to have this guitar in my collection, I will be returning to check out some of the other cool stuff they have !

Gabe called me up and told me he had a Silvertone 1484 amp in great condition in the store (I had been looking for one for a long time). Went to the shop, tested it out for almost an hour (60s Rock n Roll) and then bought it at a really fair price. Thanks to everyone at Cash exchange Pawn Shop for letting me Rock Out! Some people might not contemplate taking a loan at a pawn shop; but, whose to say what the future holds? Curiously, a pawn shop with as pristine a reputation as Cash Exchange enjoys a market position that, easily, in the market for small repayable loans out-performs loans from Consumer Finance Companies. But, caveat emptor (let the buyer beware), some pawn shops are anything but stellar; I am not advocating those. To see business at work, Cash Exchange is a great place to start. Ask to see Chrissy or Gabe.

Chrissy is great! She designed me a beautiful cross for my daughters communion. I sold some coins and old jewelry and left with the new cross and even some extra cash!! Thank you!!

Cash Exchange Pawn Shop in Chicago was a big help! I had some college bills to pay and they gave me more than I expected for the items I brought in and it really helped my situation.
