I brought my brand new AirPods in to see what it they would take them. They dropped them twice. And then choose to tell me that they didn’t work correctly. I paid $140 for my AirPods and they tried to offer me $40

Where here and got 30$ offer for my item, That I knew it was worth way more. Went to solid pawn and got $70 off high Street

Nice enough people. Kind of unorganized. First time iI was there they were great . Last time when I was there (getting a layaway out ) the staff was a bit flighty lol. Like I said nice , but all over the place. Would have had a higher opinion if they were busy , but we were for the most part the only customers in the store. When another customer came to look at a gun the lady at the counter gave me his ID. Oh well Merry Christmas

Tonya has poor customer service skills. Does not treat customers the way she should. Especially being a manager. She says one thing and then likes to make you look like a liar. Take your money elsewhere. I promise it’ll be worth it !

The people her are Awesome! They treated me better than any pawn shop I have ever been to! They gave me double what I asked for on a loan.. Thank y'all so much for Helping me out and being So Nice.. this World needs more people like y'all that are willing to help people when they are down and struggling!!

This sale person is extremely rude . They have a option to leave a voicemail and express they do not return call. The customer service hung up in my face & I will be making a state complaint
