Absolutely horrible. I've been customer for awhile and I'm amazed at how far downhill it's gotten. So bad that even a customer named Jaimie has stolen stuff and pawned it. And it's been caught and put on police hold for them to talk to him about it when he shows up and to protect the accused thief his gf / associate Tara has managed to get certain items that are in his name out of pawn to avoid him having to come to the store and take a chance of getting caught ( a reciprocating sander and a set of longhorns) if they would look into this properly maybe some of the stolen property could be returned to the rightful owners. But until then don't expect this pawn shop to help u retrieve stolen property seems like it's more on the side of the thief.seems very fraudulent to me but what do I know

The site and the sign posted on the store front states 7pm. I even called 30 minutes before they closed and was reassurred that if I got there before 7pm that they would be able to help me. I got there at 6:50 and was informed that they had shut the computers down for the day, to come back in the morning. They told me if I was there before 7pm they would be able to help and then denied me the service.

Unfortunately, from time to time, I've went for a loan. They always help me out tremendously; did I say tremendously. I'm sure that I will be a repeat patron. The staff is professional and kind. They go up and beyond in helping me get the loan that I need. They also have a good selection of DVDs for $1 and Blurays for $5.

I took three rings to sale, two of them being diamond rings. The sales lady that was inspecting them told me that the largest diamond ring was not a real diamond and that she could only give me $250. Being displease with the not so friendly service and the extremely low price, I left with my rings. I then took the rings to another pawn shop and a jeweler and both tested the diamond multiple times and both assured it was in fact real. So whether it was a lack of knowledge or just a flat out lie, I would not sure this business, very crooked!!!!!!

So i went to Buy a PS3 They acted friendly and sold me one without the controller, which i was fine with when they said if i could NOT find one that they would refund me, a Day later i could not find one so i decided to Take their offer, The staff became very Rude and unhelpful and Claimed to have NOT made said offer, until the manager came on the phone, and she too was rude and lied about me STAY AWAY They are Liars and Cheaters and will not honor any promise Even if its on paper They also take the name "Cash America Pawn" and are using Copyright Infringement And should be Shut Down! STAY AWAY THEY WILL CHEAT YOU WITH JUNK!

I have been in here a number of times and I have yet to have a positive experience ! I have been dealing in musical instruments ( and equipment ) for decades and can says the prices in here for such , goes from not a good deal to absurdly ridicules . Ive tried to make deals and they are very obstinate, argumentative and discourteous. Sorry ! ONE STAR pawnshop !

I've never had a bad experience with them whatsoever

Ever since the new owners took over and changed the name there hasn't been as much merchandise in the store.

Had exactly what I was looking for with guns. Great store with very helpful staff and good prices. Highly recommended!
