Went to cash a check and was told they couldn’t because the person they needed to contact at the institution where the check was issued wasn’t in office. I got ahold of mentioned person within 5 minutes of calling myself and was told that wasn’t true. Then when I informed the employees of this (all while I was on a 3-way phone call with the financial institution and person they said they needed) I was told again they couldn’t help me, but this time citing “holidays”. I needed to cash this check or else my family and I would be homeless but of course they don’t care. I’m not sure exactly why we were treated in this manner but I feel as though it might have been racially motivated because I was nothing but polite and only trying to use their services.

I go every week to cash my check here. Very professional and friendly. Excellent customer service! Katia is awesome!
