Our refi from a FHA to a VA went smooth as silk! Both David and Samantha were easy to work with and totally professional! It was a pleasure to get to know them and I'm sure when the time comes to do this again' we'll be asking for them!

My mortgage got sold to Carrington. It's a nightmare. They make money off of forcing customers to "pay to pay", by charging outrageous fees for over-the-phone or online payments ($10 and $5, respectively) for a profit. There are multiple class-action lawsuits filed against them for this. The only options for payment where they don't assess predatory fees are mailing a check, or bank bill-pay systems. Bank bill-pay systems seem to be deliberately designed to discourage or prevent customers from using it, due to a ridiculously long address with 4 mandatory data elements that do not fit into the overwhelming majority of bank address forms. A garbage, extremely unethical company, and their employees should be ashamed to work for them.

Nana was excellent from start to finish. She answered emails promptly and provided information in a way that was clear and easy to understand. When there was a snafu with the notary, she went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. She did a wonderful job.

I would highly recommend. Customer service is excellent and very quick response time to questions. Joshua made my refinancing experience effortless.
