Normally, I would give CC 5+ stars, but I'm waiting to see how they handle getting a dent fixed that was not noticed, until we were walking out the door from buying our 1st car from them. They said they would handle it. ........................Stay tuned, to see if they earn those other 3 stars.

My dad had a new motor put in his 2008 Silverado, after a couple months he noticed the cruise control wouldn't work. So we take it up there for them to look at because it was working before they put the motor in, they looked at it then tried to say it would cost $90 just to look at it then another $100 and something to fix it. That's rediculous when the parts would cost less than $20 to fix yourself. Figured they would want a good customer service and fix something that was working fine until they messed with it.

Talk about good service. These folks are the best at what they do. Had a recall on my car. I called and set an appointment and they had me in and out in less than four hours.

After 10 years I finally traded my 2002 Silverado. I got it in 2007 with 44,000 miles on it and when I traded it in it had almost 190,000 miles on it. I don't require a fancy ride with all the do-dads,bells & whistles and the 2005 Ford F-150 XL I found at Carl Cannon fit the bill. 87,000 actual miles,one owner and no accidents. It even came with an aluminum tool box. Tyler Herron and Brian Burgett got everything squared away and now the F-150 is mine. I went from a gas drinking V-8 to a 4.2 V-6 and it's a welcome change. Tyler filled it up with gas after the detail crew finished their work and after 146 miles barely used 1/4 tank of gas. Good job folks.

I always like using Carl Cannon for my oil changes because they get me in and out in no time. They are fast and they tell me if I need anything else done and if I don't they don't try to push any other services on me.

Have always got good service. Sometimes they seem a little slow when I take my car in for an oil change, but i had rather wait a little longer than to rush it and not get it service pay for.
