I love this place Michael Kelley was so helpful and got me driving out the same day the employees are awesome they went up and beyond expectations and I will recommend car hop to every one I know I had questions I got great answers very professional and enjoyed my experience car hop is amazing 5 stars all the way

It took awhile but we got threw it and the workers there are really kind and helpful I didn't expect to get a car in the same day!!! They make you feel comfortable when your there it's really a great place!!!!

So 2 weeks ago I was told to come back with my paystubs. So today I came in and still got denied due to not having a license. Yet my friend how refer me to this dealer also didn't have a license. We both had a licensed Driver. White woman get a car, black man doesn't can't wait to tell my attorney about this.

Im severely annoyed. I came in to look at car and pricing options and I was told by 3 different people over the phone that I can do that. Once I got to the lot the lady that helped me was super pushy and rude. She told me that I have to get a car TODAY and I can't look at options. I told her that every person I spoke with said I can look at pricing and options. She said "They are customer service. Its their job to get an appointment set for you." I showed her the number I called and asked her if this is the direct line to the store. She said it directs you to customer service first. When she was helping other customers I called the store and the store phone rang. She lied to me. I feel so angry and uncomfortable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY WILL LIE AND SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET YOU TO THE DEALERSHIP!

Went to Carhop today and left with the vehicle i had wanted. Taylor did a great job explaining everything that carhop offers. and i was very pleased with the customer service

This is my first time getting a car I worked with mike and he was honestly amazing he helped me get a car super quickly I definitely recommend

There was nothing to like about the business they sold me a car that was worth only about 3000 dollars and flipped it for 8000 to try to make money off of it of course im not going to pay for that especially when everything actually goes wrong with it i recommend knowone to go to car hop they harrass you and harrass your family. Such a horrible place i hope everyone gets the bigger picture to not go there its @ big rip off! I hope they go out of business.

Mike is this best ever! He got us together within two hours and we left with a really decent vehicle!

Got a good running car with no hassle at all, the people are extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend going here. Spent two hours tops and drove away with my new car.
