In my experience they don't negotiate but they do give excellent advice. In order to use the service you need to be pre approved. As soon as I was pre-approved from CapComFCU, I was redirected to a new agent who goes by the name of "Sho". I only heard from Sho once and during that conversation we set a test drive the following morning, afterwards I would call Sho so she could negotiate for me. After looking at the vehicle, I called Sho with no response and left voicemail. Okay. I called hours later with no response still. I called again before they closed and nothing. It's a cool concept if they actually did something. They are nice but you'll be lucky if you get them on the phone. Not too happy
