They failed to find a release of lien in their title search. We have a closing scheduled for Monday and as of Thursday evening, I still don't have a closing statement to review. I have to move money around for the purchase and prepare for wire transfer, not having a number this late in the game is appalling. One other thing, since they needed a survey to insure title, not ordering a survey until the last few days is extremely incompetent.

Capital Title has an excellent staff. As a Top producing Realtor I have to have communication with the people clearing the title of property to close. I find that working with Capital Title they give me the updates I need to make a successful transaction close for my clients.

Highly recommend Stephanie Garcia she is an excellent Escrow Officer. Excellent communication through the entire loan process.

Avoid this place. They are fishy. They take their time to fund money to your bank after closing. Mmmm I wonder why.

I do not have very nice experience with the Escrow officer I worked with for my new house! It was extremely difficult to get hold of her via email or phone. Because of a single document I have been waiting for so long, I still do not have opportunity to access amenity provided by HOA in my community. If you want to get things done in timely manner, I do not recommend this place.

They stayed with my $800 earnest money for a house loan even though I submitted my contract termination papers on time! Be careful they will mislead you! Once you give them $ your on your own!
