Went to withdraw cash on Tuesday Night 2/22 from the ATM. 3 homeless people inside. Please hire a security guard to kick homeless out.

Please explain to me why the atm lobby smells like there is a dead wet animal buried under the carpet?! It's been smelling like this for 2 years now and it's absolutely ridiculous! Capital One as a whole has way too much money to not replace the carpet and clean that lobby. I'm sure it's been smelling like that since Hurricane Sandy and that's vile! Outside of that the staff is ALWAYS rude, unprofessional and insufficient. I do not recommend ever going here!

I came here recently to withdraw money to complete in large cash purchase. I would have written a check but, who can give up a discount if you paid in cash. I had visited the day before and withdrew a large portion of money. When I went next day, Aeysha was my teller (I noticed this branch always has two tellers and two account managers). When I went to withdraw money again, lord of mercy, you would have thought I was asking this poor woman to give me all of HER money. She started shaking her and shaming me. Saying why is she withdrawing so much money (honestly, I wanted to say I have a drug problem). I never felt so uncomfortable and judged my entire life. Then she asked me to write my social security number on my withdrawal slip. Apparently, this is a new policy according to the bank manager (more on that later) for any cash withdrawal. I told Aeysha, I am not comfortable giving my SSN on the cash withdrawal slip where anyone can see it. I ask her to give me a post-it note. She starts giving me attitude and acts like I asked her to give me $50. Last time I checked, the bank provides basic supplies (Yes, I did ask the teller, did you pay for the post it note? No, then why are you so stingy?) Then this moronic woman starts reading my entire social security number out LOUD in front of the entire bank. I asked her to stop saying my social security number. She said "No one is here but us and I need read out loud to confirm your numbers". Meanwhile, there is people in the bank waiting to be served along with other bank employees. Their computers don't give them full access to our SSNs but, yet this idiot thinks its okay to read a SSN out loud. I told her straight up, if you cannot read numbers silently off a piece of a paper, you definitely do not need to be working at a bank. No apology was given instead, she was rolling her eyes. She threw my money into the slot and then started using her personal cellphone. Also, apparently against company policy to use a personal cellphone while working. When I went to make a complaint, apparently, their office manager was on vacation. And everyone was acting like I was a crazy person. Who would want their social security screamed out for random people to hear? After looking up another bank, I was able to find a bank manager that was covering from the other bank manager who was on vacation. She said she would talk to Aeysha. I went to the bank again and once again, this woman was giving attitude. If CapitalOne hires people who don't care about their jobs or people, it makes me wonder if they are really the best people for me to invest my money with.

Thank you for taking the time to communicate your experience. It sounds like it falls far short of the customer service we aim for. Rest assured we've documented this conversation and will get it in front of branch leadership. ^MS

I've been coming into this branch to transact during the week for years, and I've had nothing but good experiences. The teller staff is wonderful. JR

Came to deposit a big check and the teller deposited a wrong amount and way more less than what was written on the check. Have to do better
