Probably the most efficient bank branch I’ve ever been to, unless I just get lucky (I tend to go Saturday mornings). The lines move quickly and staff waste no time.

I went here today to wire money to an overseas account which needed an intermediary bank. They had no idea what to do. I was very disappointed. If I were sending a small amount I would have not cared, however it was substantial and now I am nervous they did not do the transfer correctly. The teller I was dealing with was sweet, however the lady who tried helping was confrontational. I remarked that I do not know anything about banking; it’s not my line of work. I was told by one teller they don’t usually have intermediaries. The confrontational teller told me that this was not an international transfer but a domestic. Turns out she was wrong, so she just stayed away after hearing she was wrong. Anyway, this is one of two banks open in the area because of COVID. If you have the choice, go to Journal Square for any “complex” banking. You should be fine depositing and withdrawing here though.

I am so tired of seeing homeless people in this bank! It always smell disgusting, the door is rarely locked and it is scary to go in there after hours. I just walked in to use the ATM and was greeted by a man on the floor with a bunch of bags and junk. Two days ago a man was in there asleep and BAREFOOT. This is very disturbing, unsanitary and uncomfortable, especially in the middle of a pandemic! Your entrance should not smell like a sewer. Fix it!!!!!!!

Never use this bank, ever. If their ATM swallows your card and it’s not a capital one card they will not give it back. If it id a capital one card they will make you wait for an hour. Unfortunately mine was not a capital one card so I was screwed. Aince that was my only funding sorce and I was going to pull out cash I am not without cash until Monday. I have a few groceries for the weekend so I’ll make those last. Then in addition they have their overdraft fees. I told them to just refuse the card if I have no money but they won’t allow that, they love overdraft fees. Never use this place.

The folks here are professional and sweet. How do you embody both of those qualities at once? Aren't they in tension with one another? No. They are not. It's a good bank

I went in today to deposit checks, and saw the line was long, and there was only one teller, but hoped another teller or two would be back soon. I waited for 35 minutes, from 1:50 until 2:25, and still hadn't made it to the teller. I had a 2:30 meeting, and had to leave. I spoke to the bank manager, who apologized, saying they only had 2 tellers today, one goes to lunch from 12:30-1:30, and the other goes from 1:30-2:30. This means that it is a 40+ minute wait to do your banking during the time almost all working people have a lunch hour. During this time there were at least 3 other bank employees in the building, but none seemed able to cover for a teller. We opened a business account at Capitol one because we thought it would be convenient--good location, longer hours than our other bank. I guess none of that matters if you can't actually get your banking done. They've lost my business!
