Capital One Bank Frederick Rd, Germantown

Wonderful staff - so friendly and kind. I appreciate Priti especially. I never go into banks or visit banks anymore since most banking is virtual, but needed to walk-in one day last week. I was the only one in the bank and had a good time chatting with the staff. I am grateful to these ladies for being so positive and kind to me.

Horrible service as of late. My last 3-4 visits since June have been absolutely horrible with long wait times and staff that don't seem to care. Not sure if it's under new management or what but we just opened two other accounts at another local bank and will soon be taking our business elsewhere.

Been going to this location for about 3 years now and never had any problems. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The service is quick and easy. The parking can get a bit tight especially during the peak hours and on Saturdays. Otherwise all in all a great team of employees!

Customer service is a joke here. I waited outside after sending my withdrawal request for FIFTEEN MINUTES. That's not an exaggeration. They told me the lines are long inside. Are you kidding? The lines are long outside too. They need to get their stuff together.

I was just there around 3:20 pm and the lady directed me to the window only to be told that He is busy with a drive- thru customer. Young lady then told me to wait in front of the line and when another window became available someone cut me off and they did not even say anything. I was really disappointed. Im a senior citizen and I felt terrible. Pls help pay attention to the elderlies😐

These people are either mentally retarded or blind. Needed a check to clear to pay off some credit. Deposited check through the atm that’s in front of the store. Got a chargeback cause check wasn’t signed over when my friend clearly signed on the back and I even wrote pay the order to: me. Now I have to wait another week for the damn check. Never Never deposit a check through atm. Employees are stupid and have pissed me off and I’ve been coming here for a while. Only mobile or go into the teller at this location. I will definitely find who looks at the checks and report to Corp for a complaint. Also these people act superior because they work at a bank with suits on making 13-15$ lol it’s hilarious. I’m done with my rant. They really did it this time. Also to the owner. The Indian lady that works there is a real B. She need to be put in check

Terrible experience and pathetic customer service. 12 years with Capital one and I think I am done with this bank. I came to this branch on 5/26/17 opened an account and the cards were ordered. Today 6/9/17 the cards haven't arrived. The lady who opened the account said you can't select any card pics for new cards at this time due to the new system is having issues or giving her hard time etc. If you open an account at this branch, you will be staying with the temporary debit cards for a while. Although you were told that you will get them in mail in a week.

What is happening with this bank? I've been reading reviews and comments from whomever monitors this review site, and Capital Responds with "aww shucks....and thanks a bunch....." It's bad enough the ATM tells me to "Hang on." What happened to "Please wait" or "Thank you for your patience." I actually went into a branch in either Sterling or Ashburn and they are a CASHLESS branch! That's right! No money!!! At that branch! EVER!!!! No money! This entire bank is getting too causal. Next we will see the tellers in flip flops and pajamas. EEEKKK Going back to Navy Federal.

Parking and drive-thru are terrible at this branch, but the people who work there are fabulous!!! I love this branch for its excellent custiomer service they provide me!!!
