Be careful here the cashiers take money from your account.

I have always had a good experience with Capital One, Bullard Location. The staff there, tellers and officers, have always been friendly and professional. If there is anything that I would like to see happen a bit differently is to reduce the wait time when seeing a officers.

August 2020 UPDATE: They don't even send me email updates on my checking account balance anymore. What's in MY wallet? Hell if I know. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I've had several issues with this bank as of late including a delay in crediting a full balance payment on my credit card which resulted in a double payment, and added interest charges because of how they had handled it. Then to make matters worse, an ATM machine at their Bullard drive up ate my debit card before I could even enter the transaction (I was trying to deposit a check... good thing it wasn't money). They couldn't return the card because it was a machine on one of the drive up lanes. I was told someone else services those. They only service the ATM at the front of the building, and had I used that, I could've gotten my card back. Something YOU should be aware of, if you don't want the same thing happening to you. So I had to wait until they sent me a new one all the way from Texas (where my account was opened). Given the wait, I asked them to also send one for my wife (after all it WAS a joint account). But here I seemed to get some resistance, like they didn't want to send two. Instead the bank officer wrote down some number for my wife to call. So I had to press for a document so she could sign, and get her card. She gave me one and my wife signed it, but when I brought it back and asked for copies of the documents we both signed (fearing they weren't going to follow through with sending both) I was told I couldn't have copies. Since when can't you get copies of something you SIGNED?? UPDATE 4/25/18: The issue with the credit card interest charge has been resolved to my satisfaction.
We definitely understand the frustration here - we missed the mark. When it comes to the debit card situation, we need the joint holder to be present to get a new one out to 'em. The good news is that they can give us a buzz via online chat or phone call from 8 AM to 11 PM EST, 7 days a week, and we can slide some new plastic their way no prob. Regardless, we'll be sure to get this feedback in front of our branch leadership so your voice is heard. ^AJS

A good bank that always has a ton of ATMS that work more often than not, with a staff full of kind people I've come to know well in the many times I've lost my debt card or got spooked by a charge and ran to get a new one.
When a transaction's strange In the neighborhood Who you gonna call? Us. You call us because we've got your back. We're definitely FALLing for this review, Ron <3 ^AJS

I’ve never been inside but I love the abundance of working ATMs at this location. Wait times are never long.
