Capital One Bank East 86th St, New York

I went to use the ATM, but I felt unsafe because there was a person who seemed to be asleep, but when a few seconds later he got up and moved from one place to another and seemed very suspicious and I better left for my safety

I back previous reviews that there is always a line here because there is only like 1 teller. Decor is dark and ugly.

The location is ideal for me and the only bad experience is that usually 2 atms are constantly out of order.

Slowest service ever! Only one teller working the windows. Line going out the door with no sign of any assistance coming to move the line along. Took over an hour to make a simple withdrawal that was just over what an atm would be allowed to disburse. Ridiculous and not customer friendly.

Lately everytime I go to this branch there is a huge line. Literally every single time and i go at least 5-10 times per month. I dony understand don't the management see that there is a problem and more cashiers are needed.

Real talk. This branch has nice people. Never had a problem doing my banking here. The branch manager is really nice and she was so kind to my babies. She offered cookies to them. Very maternal bless her heart and soul. In a city where so many are unkind and ratchet it is good to know that there are kind people inspire me to be kinder.

Every branch I have visited the staff has been very helpful. They go the extra mile to answer questions and give you service to your satisfaction. Every bank does that, but the people seem genuine.

This is the very best bank and branch ever! Have been going to it when it was on 3rd avenue too, so a really long time. Never had anything but kind friendly and super helpful staff taking care of what I needed done. Everyone complaining about needing to wait seems silly to me. If there are people infront of you waiting to get an account, does that mean they are not working and doing their job and are going to get to you just as soon as they can? Having accounts in other banks only confirms to me how I love my visits to this one! Keep it up people! ♡♡♡

Spent1 1/2 hour trying to open a business account with Han who had no idea what he was doing. He kept telling me he wanted to do things right because he doesn't have "time for that" later on, but then never got it done and their systems went down which he persisted to sat happens every week. Why would I bank there. Talked to the branch manager and she said to come back. Not happening. I'm going with another bank.

Consistent terrible experience at this branch every time you visit. The teller Mathew should not be helping customer!! Very rude and very inconsiderate. Shockingly Horrible customer. The worst branch by far..
