The ABSOLUTE WORST service I've EVER experienced at this Branch!!! I've been visiting this Branch for years everyone is ALWAYS super polite and helpful. Today I had the unfortunate and unpleasant service from teller, lajuana! 1. I presented my ID and bank card (saving) from which I requested a withdrawal. In her attempt to explain the scan ID device she was impatient borderline rude. Then when asked which account I wished to withdraw from I replied this one...she then told me to enter the debit card- it wasn't. I then explained I'm not withdrawing from my checking account. She then tells me well we use the befit card..Then proceeded to tell me to insert my debit card...when I attempt to do it, she says you don't have to do it this time. This is for future references! At this point, please just complete my transaction! 2. Most Tellers ask how would you like your bills..she did not! I asked for six 100 bills...she replied she doesn't have it! Then TOLS me to pull my mask up over my nose. I told her the sign reads RESPECTFULLY REQUEST...Not Mandatory she then slid my money under the window and said have a good day !I asked what is your name she did not reply I said I'm sorry what is your name she still did not reply I looked at her she said my name is on the bottom of the receipt. I left then thought this was horrible! I went back in to ask for Branch Mgr business card she greeted me with "I've already file a complaint for you"! Stunned I asked for business card was handed a post-it with Shenita F. phone number. The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!!! She should have taken a sick day! I will follow this up with Corporate!!

I'll preface this by saying the bar is set very low with local banking but this might just be the lousiest branch in the GNO. Enough to look into another company after nearly 20 years with capital one.

(Not a member) Needed help with a collateral release on a title for a vehicle I purchased. They saw me quickly and were extremely helpful, even though the title loan didn't fall under them they looked up the points of contact for the bank that holds the title. Thanks Julie!

    Response from the owner

Hey there, Richard—glad Julie was able to take good care of ya! ^MS

They want way too much information just to pay on a credit card ....wouldn't you just be happy that it is being paid...no instead you need the person social security number who is not on the account for security reasons ...please tell me who is being secured ...the person who has no ties to capital one 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe that's why I don't bank with capital one ...too much fraudulent activity goes on with the accounts that they do have why would you need a third parties social??? It is really unnecessary for this information!!

    Response from the owner

Hi there, security is at the heart of the change as we do require additional verification for cash transactions with a teller. We share your feedback with our leadership team. Thanks. ^AB

After having Capital One as my bank for YEARS, I will now be switching to a new bank. I just got notice in the mail that the checking account will no longer be free. I've had this "free" account for YEARS. Now all of a sudden there are certain stipulations to have that fee waived. No point of keeping an account there now. FYI- Anyone looking for a FREE checking account can go ahead and use Metairie Bank. They still offer free checking without the B.S. Capital One is pulling!

    Response from the owner

Awwww! Thanks Ashley, it's always a pleasure getting feedback like this.

While the people who work here are very nice and always very pleased, their over draft policy is terrible. Be prepared to get charged $35 even if your account is overdrawn by.05 . It sucks but they do it.

    Response from the owner

Give us a ring at 1800-655-2265 for us to go over the transactions with you Kate. We know fees aren't fun so we never usually charge fees for items less that $5.00.

I been calling this branch since yesterday and no one is answering the phones. Even the Customer care service called this branch and no answered them as well. This is bad customer service.

    Response from the owner

Yikes - definitely not a good look on our part here. We'll make sure to get this feedback to the right team.^AS
