Capital One Bank Stagg Dr, Beaumont

I've been a Capital One customer for over 20 yrs, since back when it was Hibernia. This branch is horrible. They refused to sign and notarize a federal tax form verifying my accounts because I had already signed it. Said I couldn't sign it again and I had a multitude of identification for proof of who I am. Told me to get a new form. The form was sent directly from IRS with ID numbers; there are no other forms. Horrible. I'm moving all my accounts, Wife's, kids, too.

I came in to open a business account. I'm a very busy truck driver. She said I had to have an appointment an when could I come back in. I told the lady I don't live here and needed to I own account asap. She had no customers waiting. If she had someone there i could understand. But she was totally free and wouldn't help me. I see this branch has a very bad reviews and I see why.

Every visit to this branch is worst than the one before, Capital one uses every chance to make life harder than it needs to be. In addition to the rude service counter reps and the single branch in beaumont, the automated customer service makes talking to a representative extremely difficult. Transferring to a credit union immediately. Don't waste you time and save yourself the headache.

Will be closing all accounts with Capital One this week. I actually saw the trend coming when they closed the Vidor branch and removed the ATM’s shortly after that.The branch on Stagg Rd Beaumont Tx is definitely not friendly at all. I understand that they are now closing the bank at Central Mall / Hwy 365. Neches Credit union is much more friendly and hands on when doing business with them. Time to stop the pain and move on to better things.

I love this bank! Sure only one location in a moderae sized city, but if you learn to go when it's not busy and how to use the mobile app it isn't an issue. I frequently use the drive thru and inside and have never had a bad customer service experience. Sure, sometimes it's super busy, but the employees have always been polite, apologetic, and thankful.

Haven't been to the only remaining Beaumont location in a while, but after having this account for almost 20 years (opened when it was Hybernia) I am moving my to a local credit union. As mentioned only one inconvenient branch, bad charges withdrawn and other problems with my acct. and no local customer service have made banking with Capital One intolerable. I don't think they care how many customers they run off.

Worst bank ever to deal for your business needs. No care for customers whatsoever. The only branch available in Beaumont area and now you drive all the way there to find out that even this branch is closed. Called customer service and they suggested me to go to the other nearest branch which is ONLY 60 miles from us. Ridiculous, I am done with this bank for good.

I have 2 Cap. One credit cards but not a savings or checking with them. Just found out could pay c.c. bill at branchs. Called all 4 Beaumont branches starting with Stagg Drive trying to get a human being to ask a) Do pymts have to be cash or can I use a debit card & b) how long does it take to post (show up on my acct's). They do not answer at any of the 4 branches & was routed to a 1-800 where they could not give deffinate answers to those questions- why?? Because they are not a bank branch in the state of Texas. The best the toll free # could do was "it might post withing 24 hours. Blessed Capital One does not handle my banking needs!

BMT is way too big to only have one Capital One branch! We're a small CITY, not a 1 horse/1 road town. The branch closes whenever they feel like it. Came twice today. The 2nd trip around 4pm they were closed. First trip the line spread onto the street and I couldn't pull into the atm lane. Went around the bldg to get to the other BRAND NEW atm only to find out: You can't make credit card payments. You can't make a cash deposit at this time. This has never happened to me at any other Capitol One atm. Especially new ones. Now the face of the other atm is broken. Sigh!
