Capital One Bank Dobbin Rd, Columbia

Do NOT open a business banking account at Capital One. There is no small business customer service at night or on weekends. The branches are open half a day on Saturdays but they don’t answer the phone. Just a recording to call the SBA. No electronic access to my accounts for 4 days and it took 10 days to give be availability to $50k I deposited although it cleared the other bank the next day. RUN AWAY!! I did.

Early this afternoon I went to the bank to withdraw a lot of money for my trip to Rwanda. The dates on the bills needed to be more recent than 2012 and included 20, 50 and 100 denominations. The lady who took my request was extremely helpful and professional. I'm encourage to do more with Capital One and less with my other bank. Thank you for exceptional service!

The internet and website indicate the location is open. Arrived and there was demolition going on......Clearly not open

Service is terrible. All I needed to do was a simple deposit. They had me waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes, after which I left, unable to accomplish this simple task. All the while I sat there, no communication.

Sad to say that This bank is closed permanently now as of a week ago 5/25

Terrible customer service at this branc. I deposited an international check at this branch more than a month ago and I still haven't gotten my money in my account. When I called customer service they said they didn't have any transaction process, then I called the branch and Karena Rangel "took care" for my situation stating they have the transaction. I requested to see the transaction and I haven't heard anything from her neither the bank. Very unprofessional attitude and somehow rude.I'm neither making any interest from their fault neither being able to use my money. Very incompetent team at this branch not being able to help customers. if you need to do a transaction, do it at the ATM, it's seems to be more helpful than the bank's employees. Avoid this branch at all costs!! they'd probably just lose your money...

Unprofessional the black guy literally didn’t give my license back like it’s my job to remember and when I go to get it he was like she will get it for you because he was busy talking to another customer. Like really!? Don’t know his name but like I had to go back in traffic and I don’t even live near the area just doesn’t make sense it’s a bank should hire organized people

Bank staff is always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm always greeted by a polite, friendly welcome to Capital One...

Everyone that I have interacted with at this branch has been awesome. Great Customer Service!!!!
