A teller from this branch erroneously gave a withdrawal to a person that wasn't me from my account to the tune of 420.00, Capital One will not give that money back to me since my name was on it and the branch can't figure this out, the withdrawal slip was signed by a different person, so no ID was checked. My name different signature. The branch nor the corporation wants to find out why this was done. Sounds like an inside job to me, people you need to peruse through your accounts regularly this happens more than we think.
This isn't the sentiment we aim for and will be sure to doc this feedback to ensure it's seen by the right eyes. Contact us through Facebook or Twitter so we can take a closer look.^AS

Capital One is a great bank to bank with, and this location on Youree is a great representation of their brand. The service is excellent as represented by two of their employees in particular Kelly and Mariah. They go above and beyond and do the most to meet all of your banking needs. You are made to feel welcomed upon entering the door at any hour and their efficiency gives you a sense of security in confidence when housing your funds there. Banking with them is a pleasure and if given the opportunity you will be pleased by a stop at this branch.
Well it looks like our job here is done *mic drop* ^AS

If you can’t be good bankers at least be decent human being and don’t deny your restroom from your customers particularly the elderly and ill. 2018 These people don’t get the message. Disastrously customer unfriendly. Some staff have no clue about sound judgement. 2019. I visited Capital One on Youree a couple of times lately, the improvements in customer services are very encouraging. Capital One bank is improving fast, it is now customer friendly, someone is thinking twice in there. August 2021.
Hi there, in most cases it a safety concern letting people in when the restroom is behind the teller line. However we'll share your feedback with our branch leadership.

Tried to stop by today and open a checking account for my daughter. Normal banking hours are 8 to 5 or 9 to 5. This location hours of operation is 9am to 4pm. Walked up to the door at one minute to four and the door was locked in our face. To anyone reading this potential new customer go somewhere else find another bank this company at one time was really good now it seems they would rather be a coffee shop in a bank

I always come into the bank lobby, so I can't say much about the drive through. In bank service has been great in my experience, very personable and professional tellers, despite usually being busy due to the location and Capital One's consolidation of full service branches. I have had the privilege lately of working with Mariah as my teller for a variety of needs. She is extremely sharp and puts you at ease. Downsides of this location - parking can fill up, crowded driveway and drive through entry, and located is busier as mentioned. But I prefer Capital One's banking products, and the service is definitely above average for a national banking chain.

I became a customer at the uptown branch in 1998, when it was still Hibernia. I had no issue with the Capital One takeover because they kept a lot of the same staff and they kept the same friendly demeanor. Nothing really changed other than the name. I continued to be a loyal customer until they closed in 2016 (or was it 15? I'm not sure) . I had a personal checking and savings account, a business account, and a safe deposit box. Actually, my whole family had accounts there (I'm the only one with existing accounts). And then they decided to close my branch, which was the most convenient for me. And they had already closed the Jordan branch, which was one second most convenient. I decided to take my safe deposit box to another nearby bank, and I tried to move all of my other accounts, but I had so much memorized and set up with capital one... The move was such a burden... So, I still have accounts with capital one. I'm one of the rare people who gets paid in cash and has to put it in my bank account. I once went during business hours to try and deposit cash and it took forever. Not because the atms were being used necessarily, but because the line for the drive through was so friggin long, you couldn't get to the atms. Nor could you park to go inside. It was obvious they were dealing with more people than they were designed to. And every time I've been there it has been like that. It has been over crowded, and the tellers are impatient and rude. I'm sure they don't meant to be rude, but they are obviously overwhelmed. I have since learned to go to the ATM after hours to deposit cash. And avoid the branch at all costs during open hours. If I need anything that involves a teller, such as change, or a cashier's check, etc. I go to my other bank. Because you couldn't pay me to visit this bank branch.
Definitely not the vibe we're going for, Melody & we appreciate the feedback. We're getting this post in front of the right eyes to make sure your voice is heard. In the meantime, feel free to chat online @ the Contact Us page or give us a buzz @ 800.655.2265 for anything & everything banking!
