Capital One Bank Rockaway Pkwy, Brooklyn

Never had a problem with Capital One so far. Even if there is a line they seem to move pretty fast. There's just no place other than at the window to count your money. Everything is so open. No privacy.

The ATM lobby/entrance is deplorable. The door doesn’t lock(unsafe for customers- this is still Brooklyn) after hours, and vagrants sleep, smoke, and basically appear to be living inside of the lobby of the bank. I’ve seen this on more than one visit. I guess because of the demographics of the neighborhood, this acceptable. Canarsie Capital One y’all need to do better in this community...

This Capital One branch has improve tremendously over the past year or two. The wait to see a teller has decreased, they are pleasant and friendly likewise the managers and investors. One of the things that I really love is that the ATM is now inside the building and that during office hours there is always someone greeting and assisting you while you are in the line. Keep up the good work!

Stay away from Capitol one because they won’t protect you from scammers. I got scammed but Chase was be able to get the deposit back for me, and capitol one returned the money to the seller and told me to contact the seller even tho the seller blocked me and breach the contract. I was buying a kitten but the breeder failed to delivery and I’m not be able to contact her. I’m going to cancel the savor card. Not worth your money people. BE AWARE!

12/15/18 was my first time stepping foot in that bank. Clean and orderly bank. Very polite and professional staff. Anna helped me with opening my new accounts , she is just such a doll! Very friendly, patient yet professional. I look forward to dealing with capital one.

Single WORST bank in all of Brooklyn, SLOWEST in so many ways, not ENOUGH tellers, only 1 atm how major bank has ONE atm working 2 tellers at one time. for the only Capital one in all 0f this side of Brooklyn horrible someone should get transferred worst case FIRED....

Really nice atmosphere. I have a card and came in for information on a offer. The wait time took soo long, I couldn't stay. Over 2 and a half hrs, and the place was barely crowded, staff walked around as if they didn't want to really work. As the 4th person left, I walked over to a guard and they explain the offer. This a offer they asked me to come in for. I didn't qualify for the offer so i left. But really needs to do better.

Capital one decided to randomly drop my withdraw limit without telling me. I called and called. Finally they say "only a branch manager can tell you why this happened" I said " OK can I speak to her" they say " she stepped out". I left my number so she could call me back when ever she got back in. I noticed it was getting close to their closing time so I called back again and asked to speak to the bank manager. The Rep said "she's on vacation can I help?" With a stink attitude by the way. I told her That I just called And the other lady told me that She stepped out. She replied "the bank manager is on vacation " again with a very bad attitude. I'm sitting here thinking, this is the bank I chose to keep my money safe? The same bank that cut my daily spending limit to less that half randomly and no one seems to be able to tell me why. After this is closed my account t and went to chase. Capital one officially sucks!

If you happen to get there when there is no line, you're good. If you get there when there is a line and 2 tellers working. Plan on being in there for a while. Standing in line while wearing a winter jacket is not nice. I had to take my jacket of while waiting on line cause I was getting hot. They are extremely slow and doesn't seemed concerned with the line.

Waiting in line on a friday askinh just 4 tellers line wrapped around 3x and u would think the bank manager would have more tellers available on friday. The first 25 min to deposit money.. omfg... .im ready to scream
