    Really bad experience at this bank. Location. All I needed was a notary. There were two notaries. Told me to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Waited close to 30 minutes. Really poor service from this branch.

    Wanted to open an account with them and they didn’t want to help me right there they told me that I had to make an appointment just to open an account. If a bank wants new clients they should prioritize them

    The bank personnel needs to be better trained. I had to deposit a CAD check to USD and when it came to exact amount and the process, they were wrong and couldn't tell me for sure how much the deposit will be. At the end, now I have less than anticipated money from that transfer and need to have another check written. The bank tellers should either know the process or should ask managers rather than claiming a wrong way.

    It takes to long for pending transactions and then it charges you overdraft fees even though your balances says you do have money. It takes about two weeks to get recent available balance it’s to confusing but for some reason the best 🤷🏻‍♀️

    A year ago, I posted a review about no one ever answering the phone at this bank location, and I had to physically go to the bank to ask a simple yes/no question. The "owner's" response was "We'll be sure to document this feedback for review." Last week was the first time in a year that I had to call the bank again (the info is not available online) -- and the exact same thing happened! Called throughout the day, no one picks up, recording says to call a central number, and the person on that call says I have to call the local bank! So much for the "review" of poor service. This time, I then called the next nearest branch, a real person answered immediately, and answered my question professionally. #customerservicefail

    I went to this branch, when I got there it was empty so I thought oh this is going to be quick I signed in on the iPad waited 10min somebody else got it she signed in and they called her immediately, then i waited 15 more min somebody else got in signed in and they called him immediately while this was happening there was only one agent and two people in a glass window officer chatting, she looked at me several time and at the iPad but nothing happened. So I got tired of waiting and left. Then I called the branch they answered and I ask her if the service I needed was provided at that branch (me still giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe they don’t do this at this branch and that’s why they didn’t called me) so she said yes we do and I told her what happened less than five minutes ago and her response was very very uncomfortable. She said well we just called you but you weren’t here and I said yes ma’am I waited for 25 min and she said also that depends do you have a tax I’d do you have a SSN do you have ANYTHING?? I am like I’m sorry ma’am but I think that’s a question that you ask a client when you have then in front of you and if you are judging by my last name and look in fact I have all my accounts with you guys checking and credit. I felt really discriminated and ashame of seeing how some companies don’t realize how bad they are treating your clients.

    I had several coins to deposit that I had accumulated over the course of the year. Banks used to have a coin deposit but as they have terminated those, they told me I had to count all my coins and put them in sleves and return. I did just that and when I returned Berrida at the counter had an attitude like she was upset she had to count coins. I'm sorry isn't that your job?! Aren't you a BANK TELLER? I put them in sleves just as you requested. Please forgive me for taking my money to a BANK. Are you kidding me? When did we get to the point in this country that customer service isn't taught? She never said, hi good morning, how can I help you? She just starred at me presumptively, as if I was supposed to initiate the conversation. Management at the Herndon Branch need to be spoken to, this is ridiculous. I should not leave a bank branch embarrassed for depositing cash!!!

    Go cash your check with bank of America.. what's embarrassing, why the f*** i have an account with u if i have to cash my check in another bank because the check is belong to the employer that banking with bank of America. I just felt that capital one is located somewher out of usa, because i never saw bank like this in this country, and specifically herndon branch. I tried to close my account several times. And I'm about to do soon. I deposited couple checks and took forever to see them in my account. They always saying because my account is new, even though I'm banking with capital one for more than three months. It's just very sad that you deposit your paycheck and wait for it 3 days. They don't even cash it. Auffffff
