Capital One Bank Richmond Rd, Texarkana

A few months back, without telling me, they gave my Roth IRA to another company. When I called it. I was very rudely told "we sent a letter" Which was an outright lie because I received no letter or any other form of communication. I closed my bank account within the week. Stay far away from Capital One. They will screw you over any way they can.

Bank was closed for multiple days due to inclement weather. Even after most of other businesses reopened they continued to remain closed. Finally on Saturday they we’re supposed to be open at 9am and when I arrived they were still closed. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. So I called the corporate customer service number to see when they might reopen for business, they have no idea rather they are open or not because they cannot get anyone on on the phone either? They get the recording that indicates they are open for normal business. The corporate team assured me they were open for business, I assured them I was sitting in the drive through and they were not open. The bank finally opened at 10am after being closed all week while all other financial institutions opened on time. I would not recommend this bank for anything. The only reason I have any interaction with them is because of the business I work for uses them.

No accountability for THEIR mistakes. This past weekend my wife received a large packet from CO. When she opened it she sees every document related to her acct for the past 7 yrs. when she called and asked about it she spent several hrs on the phone and they told her that she requested all of that. (LIE), she didn’t request any of that. They have closed her accounts and won’t open her new accounts and they won’t let her have access to HER money. They are saying it could take a week to get straightened out. I’m in the process of buying a rental property and when they found that out they said it was a mortgage company that wanted the info, but they didn’t know the name of the mortgage company. (ANOTHER LIE), they said they wouldn’t request that and they don’t even know what bank she uses and she’s not on the loan anyway. (This was all after they said they heard her voice requesting it and it came from her number.This was their mistake but we are having to pay the price. We have banked with CO for about 20 yrs, but there won’t be a 21. She has been at the back for at least 4 hrs today and doesn’t have anymore answers than when she walked in there. They are totally incompetent and privacy is extremely lacking.

These people were amazing at helping me take care of some issues I was having with my accounts. We had 2 deaths in our family very close together & the person (Jason) that I talked to at the phone number the cashier told me to call went above and beyond anything I ever expected to make me feel better!

The customer service at the institution has declined dramatically over the last several years. The bank directs you to an ATM to do things that most local banks would let you do in the lobby. The drive-through is incredibly slow with only one car in the line it is common to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the interaction!

The ATM on NB Road , Texarkana, Tx is a full on mess. There is trash threw all over it ...The little cubicle it smells like a porta potty

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before the only person in a 5 car drivethru got to my transaction just to tell me I had to cash my check inside because it was drawn on Capital One and I didn't have an account! Then to be charged $7 to cash it. Had I known that and not been waiting so long I would have taken it to my bank. By the time the got to me the bank closed!!!! Sorry service! I wouldnt even consider being their banking customer!

I have been with Capitol One since 2010 and now they only have one bank in Texarkana and only 2 people running it at a time. Also there policy changes completely disregard the long term customer's. Soon I will be swapping banks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They froze my account because of their "security update", where they force you to make security questions and answers to log into your account. These have nothing to do with security but are a breach of security, seeing how anyone will know many of the answers, unless ofcourse you give fake answers, at which point you will forget them anyway. Then when I scheduled a day off work to come in to free up my money, they were rude to me.

Straight trash charges 7 dollars to cash check
